Chapter 17

Standing up, he takes your hand. "We go trough this together, I will never leave you behind again.

Stripping off your robe,you got the gateway once more ready to leave. Loki creates a version of himself on the floor still but hides behind you.

But it didn't work. As soon as Loki leaves the cell, guards are alarmed that then surround you soon after.

"Well let's get to combat then.", you say and look next to you where Loki is already in position. Grabbing your dagger, you begin running towards one of the guards and immediately stab them.

As they fall to the ground, you search for Loki. Finding him you see two guards running towards him as he is still fighting with another. More and more guards start to flush into the prison, you only pick up pace to get to him faster.

However, you're too late.Sword to his neck, Loki is captured by 3 guards, one is approaching you.

It is too much. You couldn't loose him again, this time for a final split. It can't happen.

"I can't, I can't, I can't!", you repeat the words in your head.

Letting out a loud scream,your body fills with energy like it never has. Your eyes start seeing a blue light, your body is in complete rage mode. A wave of energy fills the room, making the guards drop to the ground. Only Loki remains unharmed.

Looking at you in shock,said man comes running towards you. The energy being gone, your body sinks to your knees.

"Chiara!", Loki shouts as he catches you in his arms. "SO IT'S TRUE! YOU ARE FROM HIGHER DESCENT! AHAHAH THIS IS CRAZY!"

Tired from your sudden outburst, you just look at him.

"Let's get out of here princess, I'm going to need you to channel that inner rage again, can you do that?", Loki asks.

He seems awfully excited for the situation he is in. Feeling your blood boil once more, you feel the energy coming up once more.

"Think of a shield around us, any form, just do it.", he says, picking you up from the ground and carrying you out of the building in bride style.

Doing as he said, your surprised when a blue shining shield covers the both of you. You feel your body come to life again, signalizing Loki you could walk yourself.

When standing up, you see more guards sprinting towards you. Channeling your inner rage, you can feel your hands tingle. As you look down, you see the blue light shimmer in your palms.

Getting ready for impact,you once more let out a big scream and your body starts vibrating.The new found form of magic in you begins boiling up even more.

Trying to focus it into your hands, you attempt firing it at one of the guards. When hitting them right in the face, they fall to the ground, leaving a burned up face behind.

Shocked by what you've did you feel your energy fade again.

"FUUUUUUUCK.", you scream, making your body tense up again.

Right next to you stands Loki, still amazed by your power.

"We need to get to the ships so we can escape. Can you still go?", he asks as he takes out a guard in hand-to-hand combat.

You nod and once more channel your magic. You feel yourself levitate off the ground. Trying to make out your opponents positioning, you close your eyes, making your body feel the surroundings.

When noticing their energy, you concentrate on it and then let the magic stream out of you.

Opening your eyes, you see as all of the guards blocking your way fall to the ground. You catch yourself finding a liking in this new power of yours, letting out a small evil laugh as your body is slowly approaching the ground underneath you again.

Down there awaits youLoki, a big grin on his face. Holding out his hand to you, you pull him into a hug, forgetting your body still is tense.

"Hey, your like a lot stronger then me. Keep it down, once we're gone I'll explain.",Loki says in a high pitched voice.

"Not so strong now, big boy, hmm?", you answer making Loki blush.

Noticing more defenders coming from behind you, you grab Loki by his arm and start running. It is true, you are a lot faster and definitely stronger then him now.

As Loki describes the way to the ships, you feel your body loose power more and more. Finally arriving at the ships, Loki notices your state.

"Almost there, ok my princess? See there's my ship.", he says as he pulls you on his back.

With every second your body looses more and more consciousness. The only thing you still notice is Loki laying you down on a bench in his ship, making sure you're secure.

You can't understand anything he is saying to you, only his reassuring smile makes you feel a little more safe.

Feeling as the ship takes off, you can hear shout Loki in happiness. Smiling a bit you try to look at him flying. He sits in a dominant matter, handling everything better as expected.

"'WE MADE IT, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT", you hear him scream once more, before feeling yourself drift into sleep.

There really isn't anything waking you up until you feel the plane crash landing into a forest. You immediately open your eyes, being on high alarm instinctively.

Loki walks up to you trying to wake you up. When he sees you already are, he smiles. 

"We're here, I landed. Can you walk, I really want to show you my actual home here on earth."

Standing up your body feels better again, Loki seems to notice as well. 

When stepping out of the ship you're overwhelmed by what you see. A beautiful little cabin in the woods, unlike anything Loki would want to possess. But when looking at it in detail, you start to notice the little details. 

Lokis signature was ingraved pretty much everywhere, green being the primary color used. 

"Let's get inside.", Loki says, taking your hand.
