(Room)Mates [Loki x Reader]

Chapter 12

Waking up by a cold breeze, you see Loki sleeping next to you, peacefully.

Smiling at his state, you begin looking at his face. There was a slight green shimmer coming from him, startled you back off a bit.

Seconds after Loki wakes up, the shimmer being gone.

"Oh you're awake. Morning my princess.", he says in a low voice."Something wrong?"

He noticed your confused state.

"You were glowing. Like literally bright green. I- what?", you respond confused, also still in a raspy voice.

"What?Haha, no my darling. That must be some headaches from yesterday. It was a wild evening after all", he answers with a smile on his face.

Something about him is different, he seems more in charge of himself. But what he said may be true, you think to yourself.

"Ehhh,yeah probably.", you answer and sit yourself up straight. Loki doing the same.

A stinging pain in your head makes you stop for a second, you haven't been this hungover for a long time.

Ignoring the pain, you stand up, only to shortly after sink to your knees when loosing balance. Before hitting the ground, Loki catches you.

"Are you ok, maybe you should stay in bed a bit?", he mentions, holding you in his arms.

After accepting his suggestions, he sits you on the bed.

"I'll go get you some tea, ok my dear. Please lay down again.", Loki says, then leaving the bedroom.

Now you began to wonder. How did he have no side affects at all? He is functioning even better then before.

Laying yourself on your side of the bed once more you feel your body loose most of his power, you completely sink into the bedding.

 After some time, Loki came back with a steaming hot cup of tea, at least dressed in boxers, breakfast and some more pillows.

"Whats with the being overly nice?", you ask jokingly.

Shocked Loki looks at you and settles down your stuff.

"I'm just trying my best to make your pain go away, I can also stop it and just leave you here, if you want to."

Gulping you shake your head and thank him for helping you.

"I really need my laptop Lokes, can you bring me it please.", you state, a bit whiny hoping it would help.

Laughing at your helplessness, he stands up. "Nice nickname, I like it."
