Percabeth One Shots

#4- Surprise pt 3

That's the last thing I heard before everything went black.

I woke up in the infirmary, next to Annabeth. She was wearing one of those cheap nightgowns with stars on it.

"Will? Doctor? Somebody!!"

Will walked into the room and looked surprised when he saw me awake.

"Percy? Annabeth went into labor about 5 hours ago. We sedated her so she could get some rest, but it is almost time.

"Is everything ok with them?"

"We haven't found anything wrong, but Annabeth was in a lot of pain earlier. We think it was just the first contraction, but we don't know for sure."

I sat there in a daze for who knows how long. I felt Annabeth squeeze my hand and I looked at her.

"Will?"

"Yes, Percy?"

"She's awake."

He groaned, "Annabeth? I need to check and see how dilated you are."

"Okay," she said softly.

I smiled. Our children were coming into this world at last. I can't wait to meet Zoé, Silena, and Luke.

Annabeth groaned. Will came out and said it was time. I looked at Annabeth. She smiled and took a deep breath.

It was time.

It was over. Zoé is resting with her mom, and Luke is on my chest. Will took silena as soon as she came out to another room. I hope she is ok.

"Percy? Annabeth?" will said. "I have some bad news. Silena... she didn't make it."

Annabeth was in shock. She didn't move or say anything until I grabbed her hand.

"Honey?"

She sniffled and looked at me. Her eyes were red and had bags under them. At that moment, she had never looked more beautiful. I kissed her on the forehead and walked out into the camp. I asked Piper and Clarassie to come with me.

"Annabeth? You have visitors."

She sighed and adjusted Luke, who was napping next to his sister. I could only realize that there was supposed to be one more. There should be another one here who isn't.

Piper and clarassie ran in.

"Annabeth? How are you feeling?"

"I'm okay. Meet Luke Charles Jackson and Zoé Silena Jackson."

The girls looked at me. I sighed and said, "silena didn't make it."

Then I, the great Percy Jackson, fell apart.

~~~~Time skip to lunch the next day~~~~

"Everyone meet Zoé and Luke!"

All the campers gasped and cooed at the babies. Zoé had my dark, messy hair and her mom's gray eyes. Luke had blonde hair and my sea-green eyes. They were perfect.

"As you all know, Annabeth had triplets. We are very sad to announce that Silena passed away. She had some medical conditions and couldn't breathe."

The camp went silent, but I knew we would make it. We always made it through the worst situations. We had each other, our family, and that was enough.
