Andrea Coult

I'm Andrea Coult and I go to Goode high. I used to be the queen bee before Annabeth Jackson came. She's so annoying. She acts like a nerd, but she could be pretty if she tried more. Her BFF Piper is dating the football jock, Jason. There's no way Annabeth has a boyfriend. The other popular kid is Percy Jackson. I think he and Annabeth just have the same last name, or maybe their cousins. Anyway, Percy is my chance to be more popular.

"Percy!!"

"Yea Andrea?"

"I was wondering if you would come and help me with my homework during lunch. I'll see you in the library. Mk?"

He turned around like he was in a trance and said, "Ok. I'll see you there."

I ran into the bathroom as soon as class was dismissed. I put on some more mascara and lipstick. I checked the mirror. Mwah! I looked amazing. Just then, Annabeth walked out.

"Hey Ugly Beth, got a boyfriend yet? Or are you waiting until you get into Harvard?"

She walked out, humming. What happened to her? Oh well. I have a date to get ready for.

I heard a scream from the hallway. I ran out and saw Annabeth fighting a giant dog. She pulled out a knife, wait where did she get that, and sliced the dog's head off.

"Percy!" she called.

"Yea wise girl?" He said.

Annabeth pointed at me and said something I couldn't quite hear. Percy asked something and she nodded. They walked up to me.

"WHAT WAS THAT?" I screamed.

I pretended to faint, and Percy caught me. The last thing I remembered was his face smiling down at me.

Annabeth's POV

Percy carried her to camp. I hope she'll get claimed at the campfire so she'll stop asking Percy to show her around. There's just something about her that doesn't seem right.

"Wise girl?"

"Yes, Percy?"

"Are you ok? You've been staring at the wall for five minutes."

"Yes, I'm ok. Just thinking."

She was an Aphrodite camper. That explained everything.

"Percy?" She purred.

"Yes?"

"Can you show me to the cabin? I forgot again."

He blinked twice. "Sure let's go."

Something was wrong. I knew it.

I followed them to the cabin. Andrea was laying in bed.

"Percy? Will you stay with me?"

"I don't know if I should. I mean Annabeth is probably waiting for me..."

"Please? She won't know."

I barged in. "OH YES, SHE WILL! How dare you make a move on MY HUSBAND!"

To say she looked shocked was an understatement.

"And Percy! How dare you let her do this. I thought you loved me!"

Percy started to say something but Andrea interrupted him. "He loves me now, don't you Percy?"

Then he said it. The words that shattered my heart. "Of course I do."

I ran back to the campfire, to the only person I could trust with this.

"Piper?"

"Annabeth? What's wrong?"

"Percy he-e doesn't love me anymore! He's with the new girl A-Andrea!"

Piper looked at her. "How could he? His fatal flaw is loyalty!"

"I don't know! I thought he loved me."

"Wait. The new girl is an Aphrodite camper, right?"

"Yea-a. She just got claimed." I sniffled.

"Do you think she was using charm speak?"

I stood up straight. "Of course!! She charmspeaked him into doing all of it! When he met her in the library when he carried her when she made him-" I cut off.

"Piper? I think they're making out in the Aphrodite cabin."

She looked mad. "Cmon Annabeth. Let's go save your guy."

We walked into the Aphrodite cabin and there they were. They were kissing in her bed. Percy somehow lost his shirt and Andreas' hair came down.

"Percy!" Piper yelled.

"What?" He mumbled, not paying much attention.

Piper took a deep breath, "Percy snap out of it. She's charm speaking you!"

He pulled away, looking shocked. "What happened. The last thing I remembered was her fainting..."

He looked at me. "Wise girl? Are you ok?"

I nodded. "I'm fine. I guess it was just a shock seeing my husband making out with a random girl."

He apologized and we went back to the Poseidon cabin. We went to sleep and talked it out in the morning. Everything was gonna be okay.

Except for Andrea, let's just say Aphrodite had a few things to say to her.

"YOU WORTHLESS CHILD! WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER TO CLAIM YOU! I'M ASHAMED OF YOU LITTLE GIRL!" She threw one of her heels at her. "WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO THAT?" Aphrodite threw another shoe at her. "YOU KNOW THE UNSPOKEN RULE IS TO NEVER, EVER, MESS WITH PERCABETH!"
