Take me to the sky

Chapter 15

Jin was driving from his office back to home. He was driving but his mind was filled with the thoughts of what
happened that day. He can’t take back of the thing that took place infront of him.

It seemed so rude but he was so angry on himself for not speaking up for Namjoon. He should have stepped in and talked with those seniors boldly. Those feelings were just baffling his mind throughout the day.

With a disappointed heart, he continued driving. On his way, he suddenly saw his old high school friend walking. It’s been a long time since he met him.

He stopped his car on the side and peeped through the window calling, “J-Hope!”. It was J-hope. When he heard the voice,  he looked at the person and got to know it's Jin .

J-Hope smiled at him and paced towards the car. J-Hope greeted him, “Hey Jinnie, how are you man? It’s been a long time.” Jin replied ,"Yeah I am fine. How about you?".

“I am alright. Life is good for me. How are your mom
and dad?”, J-Hope asked him .

“My parents are great. They are living in the native place. I came
here to work”, Jin answered .

J-Hope asked ,“You live alone here?”

Jin replied a yes and continued ,“I am living alone…What about you, are working?”.

J-Hope’s smile faded a bit. It seemed like he didn’t want to answer it. Jin understood that something was wrong.

Jin asked with a concern ,“Is everything alright? Your face just changed”.

He gave a bitter smile and

J-Hope told about everything that happened to him recently. Hearing his story, Jin got more upset and felt pity for him. ‘Why all the bad things should happen to good people!’ he shrugged.

Looking at his expression, J-Hope asked ,“What happened?”.

Jin then told about Namjoon. J-Hope felt bad for Namjoon after listening Jin's words .

“You know how I felt when they rejected him and took somebody else for their fancy degree. I felt very disappointed. I can't understand people's thoughts and nowadays
they are not seeing the talents of a person or how they are by their hearts. Instead they see their outer
fancy looks, their status, their degrees etc. Yet those are just useless in my eyes. For me I think we should see ones’ heart, not their appearance. When everyone will start to see others from their hearts, this world will be the most beautiful place to live. However , It seems so far right now.”, Jin said these things with a sad face.

J-Hope nodded and said ,“You are right. Let’s hope that one day everything will change and let’s wait for it”

“Yes. Let’s hope”, Jin said with a smile.

“Hey, I have an idea. Why don’t you come to my office tomorrow? Let
me see if I can help you”, Jin said .

J-Hope said ,“Hmm...Sure”. Jin handed him his office's address and then he waved a goodbye to J-Hope and went from there.

J-Hope was walking down the road after meeting his old friend . It's been a long time to meet him . He searched for a shop to buy some eggs and soya sauce for that night’s dinner.

After walking for some distance, he found a department store. He went there and bought the items he needed and went to the counter to pay the cash.

He asked the total amount to the cashier who was back facing him to bill the items. The boy turned to see him.

And to the surprise of J-Hope, it was Tae. Tae was also surprised to see J-Hope.

J-Hope with a smile asked ,“Hey, hi.
How are you?”

“Hi. I am fine. This is a big surprise!”, Tae replied with a big smile.

J-Hope said ,“Yes… I never
thought of seeing you again. How is the puppy?”.

“Yes its fine. I left it in home”,Tae answered.

J-Hope questioned him again , “Do you work here?”.

Tae said ,“No. I don’t. My sister works here. I just came here to help
her”. J-Hope nodded his head.

Tae billed those items asking “Do you need anything else?”.

J-Hope said,“It's fine. That’s all I need now” and paid the cash.

“It’s really good to see you again. When I saw you for the first time you were a bit sad. Now are you doing alright?”, Tae asked to J-hope.

J-hope gave a subtle smile and replied, “Yes I am doing alright now”.

“If you need happiness, come to this store anytime. If I am not
here, my sister would be. Ask her about me and she will call me. Okay?”, Tae let out these words with a smile.

J-Hope was little amused because everyone seems to be nice to him after a tiring day.

He replied ,“Okay sure. Thanks , I will keep it in my mind. Goodbye”.

Tae bid him a goodbye back at him and J-Hope left the place. Tae was happy because he got two new friends that day.
