"Please, please, pretty please.." I say with my best puppy dog eyes as I look in the eyes of Mac. I know he is about to budge but I need him to confirm my hunch.

"Oh come on! Can't somebody else do it, like anyone else?! I already had to sacrifice my firstborn in order to have them have the party!" He is right though. He did have to jump through hoops and make the impossible possible for having Delta Delta to host a toga party in December. Let's just say it's definitely not toga weather outside.

"Why can't Dom or Sugar do it, hell anyone else can do it!" he tries to plead for his case but we need him to do it. If it is not Mac who gets Dax and tells him to come join them for the party then he won't come. Mac is going to need all the team captain crap speeches he can get to get a grumpy Dax to come out of his hiding.

"It's freezing outside. Babe do you really want me to freeze to death?!" He looks at Ella in an attempt of being spared from the task but she is on my side on this.

"Oh come on, don't be such a baby!" she says to him and pats his shoulder. She too knows that Dax won't be easy to lure to the party and if it isn't Mac doing it, then chances of him coming are slim to none.

He gives her one last pleading look but all she does is shake her head in a no and his face falls. If I weren't so desperate for this to work then I maybe would feel guilty for sending Mac for Dax but right now I am too high on adrenaline and hope to feel bad for Mac.

We are just minutes away from the party starting, the party that I had Mac convince Delta Delta to host to help me out. They weren't exactly thrilled to help me and I don't want to know what kind of deal Mac had to do with them for this to happen but I am really thankful for it.

The idea of the party came to me on the bus ride home from the game two weeks ago when Dom was pouring his heart out about him and Mariam and their problems and he muttered that he wanted a reset button sometimes.

I should have paid more attention to his problems because there seems to be something going on between the two of them that makes no sense but the second he said the words 'reset button' my mind immediately went into planning mode.

This feels so right and if it doesn't get me further in my mission of winning Dax back, then I don't know what to do.

I hope the short trip home he took did him good and maybe a bit more open to hearing me out.

"I can't believe we are doing this, people will think we are losing our minds"

"Yeah, totally. If this does any damage to our reputation then Mac is in trouble, I don't care who he is" I hear two delta sisters talk to each other on the other side of the wall.

"I heard this is all for some crazy chick, she must be a stalker for going through this much trouble" a third voice adds to the conversation and the bravery I just felt fades away at their harsh words.

"Don't you have a party to get prepared for rather than standing here and spreading mean lies" I can hear the judgemental tone in Mariam's voice as she tells the sorority sisters to get lost before she comes to my side on the wall and makes a gagging motion.

"I have always hated sororities and will always do so. Don't listen to those bimbos" she reassuringly says to calm me down.

Easier said than done, do people really think that I am a stalker for doing this? Have I crossed a line and should I just back off once and for all?

"I thought I said don't listen to them" she says and gives me a piercing look, like she knows exactly what I am thinking of.

"But are they right?"
