CABIR'S POV

The pakodas were looking so yummy I just pounced on my plate. When we were almost done with eating there came the Shanis. Isko abi aana tha. Ab isko bhi pakode dene padenge. No don't think I'm stingy. See if there are more pakodas less people- each person more pakodas, but of there are more people and less pakodas- each person very less pakodas.

When I was thinking about my food, someone's pinched my thigh. Ouch. Duh it painss😧.

Navya: Cabir kuch karo aur distract karo na Nandu yahi pe hai.

It hit me hard that these oldies will start talking about that incident again, knowing them.

Cabir: Da..di.... ayiye ayiye. Aap log yaha pe. Kisine bulaya tho nhi tha.

MD: Mera marzi. Aur tum logon ko maa bap ne kuch sikhaya nhi hai kya??

Mukti: Dekhiye humare maa-baap hume sab kuch sikhaya hai. Lagta hai aapke maa-baap ne aapko sikhaya nhi ki kisike saath bin mathlab jagadna nhi chahiye. Aur agar humne aapko bulaya nhi tho iska mathlab hai ki hum bulana chahte hi nhi.

Nani(MN): Mukthi, dadi se aise bath nhi karthe hai. Ek thapad dungi mai.

Abhimanyu: Dekhiye Nani humne pehle bhi keh chuke hai aur aaj bhi wohi keh rahe hai-Please hume akela chod dijiye. Ab Mukthi aapke pothi nhi mera patni hai. Krupa karke thameez se bath kijiye, nhi tho mere ghar mai aapke liye jagah nhi hogi.

MD: Ram ram. Badon ka tho izzat hi nahi karthe.

Then the other two oldies also came, who by the way were unknown to me. Aur waise mere pet mai kuch raha nhi saktha. Tho maine puch liya.

Cabir: Aap logon ko pehchana nahi??

MD: Arey yeh Mukti ke badi dadi aur bua dadi hai. Shadi ke samay beti ke ghar par the isiliye aya nhi tha. 

Sach mei pagal ho jaunga in logon ke beech mein. Ab tho pehle Nandini ka kuch karna padega. She slept off on Manik's shoulder. Abi tho baath kar rhi thi. Hey bhagwan kya karun. I looked at Anika and even she was thinking the same.

Anika: Dadi aap log bahar chaliye na. Yeh andar ka living room mein aap kya kar rahe ho. Chaliye seating area. 

MN: Woh sirf bahar walon ka ya guests ke liye hai. Hume mat sikhao tum.

Ajay: Jo humara izzat nhi karta hai woh humare liye bahar wala hi hai. 

She just turned her head and that's when they saw Nandini.

MD: Yeh ladki yaha kya kar rhi hai?? isko ghar se bahar nhi nikala kya??

Arya: Kya matlab. Woh kyu bahar jayegi. Bahar tho aap ko jana padega. Chaliye. 

Mukti: Aap dadi kehlane laayak tho nahi the par ab toh aap insaan bhi nahi hai. Main aakri baar batha rahi hoon jaiye. 

MD: Bakwaas band karo aur bathao yeh kya karrahi...Aur Manik tumhare kande pei soyi hai.. Haye Ram besharam ladki. 

Manik woke Nandini up and send her inside and since she was sleepy she went quitely.

Manik: Kya bola??

MD: Arey woh besharam ladki se door raho. Patha nhi kaha se aayi hai. Sabhi ladkon ke saath chakkar...

Manik(Shouting in anguish): BASSS....... Aap humse bade hain tho yeh mathlab nhi ki kuch bhi kahe. Ek aurat hokar bhi kya kya bol rahe ho. Itni der se politely bola ki get out. Samajte kya ho apne aap ko??

MN: Manik beta tum uss ladki ke baare mei socho mat. Pata nhi kya kamaal kiya usne tum par ki tum...

Mukti got up and raised her hand to slap her Nani...

Everyone were shocked..

Mukti: BASSS...Abi mafi mango aur bahar  jao. Himmat kaise hua mere ghar mere mei behen ke baare mei aise bolne ka. Tum aurat kehlaane ke liye nalaayk ho. Chodungi nhi main tum logon ko. Abhi call 100. 

Ishika: Mukti tum andar jao and take rest. 

Mukti: nhi bhabhi she crossed her limits today. 

Ishika: Mukti go inside. Its not good for the baby. Abhi take her inside. Sab log andar jao. Mai, Priyanka aur Varun dekh lete hai. Arya jao aur Ayra ko call karo. She wanted to speak to you. 

Bhabhi was wise enough to take such a decision even though she was boiling in anger. I knew she would blast them after we go. But i want to see what they'll do. 

I took Navya's phone and rang mine. I picked the call and kept it on the couch and walked inside. We gathered in one room. Only Manik, Nandini, Mukti, Abhi and Arya bhai were missing.

1hr later

Cabir- Huff yaar... itna bada lecture. Bhabhi rocks.

Anirudh: Yaar mujhe laga thoda maar peet hoga. Hotha tha aur acha hota.

Ishika(on the call): Cabir bahar ajao. Mujhe pata hai tum log sab sun rahe the.

Cabir cut the call immediately.

Cabir: Shit yaar bhabhi ko kaise patha chala??

Anika: patha nhi yaar. Ab chalthe hai.

Everyone came out and Ishika stood there with her hands infront of her chest and she looked dangerous. Arey yeh tho kali ma lag rhi. Kya karoon.
