Chapter 6

Grian stares at the book intensely, as if it was not supposed to be here at all.

"Grian mate? Are you okay?" Phil asked noticing the strong grip Grian had on the book "You're clutching that book quite intensely"

Grian's grip softened after this, he gave them an awkward smile

"Sorry about that, where did you find this again?" His voice straining near the end.

"In a stronghold me and Techno came across" Phil answered, a small tinge of worry evident on his face.

Grian let out a hum and opened the book, flipping through the pages.

"There's no use for that, it's in some galactic? Something like that, language. It's impossible to try to even figure out a word" Techno waved his hand off dismissively

"Not quite" Grian answered looking at Techno "I do in fact know this language, granted it's been quite a while"

Phil and Techno gave him a suprised look "You're telling me you can read whatever is on that book?" Techno asked, a hint of disbelief in his voice

"Well, yeah. Although i am pretty rusty so it might take a couple of days" Grian confirmed before turning over to Xisuma and Stress "Can we talk? In private?"

Xisuma gives him a nod and excuses themselves from the guests.

The four is now left alone in the room in silence, that is until Phil decided to speak up.

"So shall we talk about the elephant in the room?" Phil starts, looking at Wilbur,

Techno also looks at Wilbur, part of him still in disbelief seeing Wilbur alive and not a desaturated ghost version.

"What?" Wilbur raises a brow, as if he bad no clue on what they were talking about.

"Don't 'what' us, how are you alive?" Techno asks crossing his arms and squinting his eyes at the supposed-to-be-dead brunet.

Wilbur let go of Tommy's hand and crossed it along with his legs.

"Well, after being stuck in the limbo for thirteen years, Dream arrived in a train holding a crying desaturated version of me and told me to get in. And then i woke up in L'manburg " Wilbur recited as if he had memorized this beforehand.

Techno and Phil was momenteraliy stunned in silence, questions running through their head.

"Ok hold on first of all what do you mean 13 years? You've only been gone 3 months Wil" Phil started , looking at Wilbur confusrd.

"No, i was definetly gone for 13 years" Wilbur insisted.

"Also a desaturated version of you? Are you talking about Ghostbur?" Wilbur scoffed at the name

"Yeah, he was crying and shit looking for 'friend' or something. His face was also sizzling?" Wilbur remembered when the train finally stopped revealing Dream who was holding this 'ghostbur' character.

"S-so are- Dream revived you?" Philza stuttered out, feeling a tiny twinge of guilt from the news of the ghost version of his son.

"Pretty much, yeah. Tommy also stopped by for a couple of months, i'm guessing Dream revived him first" Techno and Phil's eyes widened at this

Did Tommy actually die?

"What do you mean 'Tommy stopped by'?" Techno asked, his brows furrowed in confusion. But he knew exactly what Wilbur meant.

The both of them knew exactly what Wilbur meant.

He was sure that it was a misunderstanding, that Tommy didn't actually die. Because god knows how stubborn that child is! He was too stubborn to die, or atleast that's what Techno thought.
