'Hyung, we are in the sky!' Taehyun exclaims gleefully followed by some 'happy tyun noises', his wide eyes are stuck at the view from the window. It was dark outside, some cotton clouds are floating with them.
They are indeed on a plane flying to another country for their first overseas Fanlive. Over the year they had successfully gained attention from the world. They were too busy with production and performance that Beomgyu and Hueningkai decided to drop out of college.
On the other hand, CEO Seokjin adopted Taehyun in papers so that the orphan will always have someone to go to.
Taehyun cannot imagine himself travel from the bottom of the ocean to high in the sky. He is able to experience all these because of the boy he loves.
'The clouds are pretty!' Beomgyu snaps a lot of pictures with his phone, good materials to share with MOA, he may add some romantic quotes along.
'Shhh- lower your voices, everyone is sleeping.' Yeonjun hushes the two, the business class has lighted out at night, the cabin is quiet only with some snores and mechanic sound from the flight.
'Cuddles?' Beomgyu whispers to his boyfriend. 'They won't see us.'
Taehyun leaves his seat and go to Beomgyu's, which is now extended to a bed. He sneaks inside Beomgyu's blanket and holds him in his arms, quickly pecks him on his lips.
'Hey I said cuddles only.' Beomgyu complains almost inaudibly, thanks to the dimmed cabin, nobody can see the pink dusting his face. They have been dating for a year but his heart still races like crazy whenever Taehyun was very intimate with him.
'You said they won't see us.' Taehyun smiles with a smirk and kisses his boyfriend again.

The other day, after their arrival and some decent rest, they have some filming at the places they planned to travel.
Taehyun is extremely excited about the zoo visit. Finally he gets to meet the real animals on land.
'You look alike with that bear!' Taehyun points at the bear cub who is lying its back on the grass, spacing out at the warm sunshine. When a butterfly dances around, its little paws wiggle and play with it lazily.
'No, that one.' Beomgyu points at the fluffy adult bear, it is standing on its feet while staring at the visitors, warning them to not getting any closer to its babies.
'No, you're the cub, the baby.' Yeonjun adds in, Taehyun and the big hyung slaps their palms for a high-five. 'Yahh!' Beomgyu pouts his lips in discontent.
For the rest of the sightseeing, Beomgyu doesn't talk to the two and stick to Soobin and Hueningkai.
'Didn't you say teasing works?' Taehyun elbows the oldest as they walk behind the three. 'He's your boyfriend, not mine.' Yeonjun answers him with a 'can't help, bro' face.
When they walk pass the squirrels, Taehyun pats Beomgyu's shoulder. He imitates the squirrels munching the nuts.

Beomgyu presses his chest at the critical hit, his heart was bumping out of it. Taehyun hates aegyo, even if MOA request it. But when he does, it is emergency, the sun may rise from the wrong orientation, a meteor may crash on Earth.
'Will you forgive Tynnie?' He pleads in a cute tone. Beomgyu melts at the sight, his puffed cheeks immediately loosen.
He lets him go this time but maybe not for the next day.

Beomgyu's voice is raspy and cracked. The sore in his throat is not getting any better after the staff gave him pills and honey tea.
'Are you two rabbits? We have spent so much time practicing for today's live!' Yeonjun rebukes them soberly. If he foresaw the two had no self-control, he wouldn't have agreed to put them in the same hotel room.
Yeonjun is dating Soobin for years, this never happened to any of them since they knew when to hold back and always made work their first priority.
Taehyun and Beomgyu lower their heads in apology. They got a bit too exhilarated in the overseas trip.
When they were to share a spacious and luscious room with sizable beds, the mood was so good that both of them fell into it, especially the younger had no intention to restrain himself. (Now he can take a standing shower with Beomgyu, without turning into a merman)
It all started from kisses and cuddles but escalated too far since they missed each other's touches under their busy schedule. Considering the walls between their rooms are thin, the members may have guessed the reason behind Beomgyu's ruined vocal cords.
'Hyung, blaming won't change anything.' Soobin intervenes. He then turns to the two, 'As a leader I must remind you there's no second chance, we only go on the same stage for once, some MOA may only be able to see our performance today.'
It further sets their tensions lower when they hear the word 'MOA' because they don't want to disappoint their fans.
'Can you go on stage or do you want to rest?' The leader asks, he doesn't want their efforts go to void but on the other hand, his care for Beomgyu comes first.
'I-I can! It's just, my voice is not that pleasant.' Beomgyu responses, each word he spoke gives him a burn down in his throat. Out of all costs, he still wants to perform the content they prepared for months.
Taehyun and Beomgyu promises the leader that they will be careful ever. When the hyungs proceed to their own composition, Beomgyu stares at Taehyun, 'No touchie for one month!'
'ONE MONTH!?' The younger frowns miserably like a kitten punished by his owner for breaking one of the dishes.

The fact that they're having an unplugged acoustic live is not helping since Beomgyu is having a hard time sitting on the barstool like chair. His butt is hurting so much by the hard surface but he maintains his smile for the stage. He must not mess up the notes as the only instruments are his guitar and Hueningkai's.

Beomgyu fails to hit the higher notes, MOA encourage him by chanting 'Gwaenchana(It's okay)', until he cannot let out a sound anymore. What he didn't expect is, Taehyun sings the lines for him. Wild cheers for them especially from delulu taegyuists.

Taehyun and Beomgyu are still new to the big world, challenges in career and relationships will be overwhelming but for sure, they will figure them out together just like before.
They will always be the brightest star for each other, even in the darkest night, they will hear the other calling his name. Not even the sea or the sky will be able to separate them again.
This is a legend of the little merman and his lover boy, their adventure just begins...
