Meredith: Derek, what happened to your hand?
Derek: It got stuck and I had to get out and find you so I used a rock to get me out.
Meredith: We need to fix it, or at least try.
Cristina: I will help you. Y/n stay with Arizona.
Y/n: That was what I was supposed to do. She needs me and I need her.
Cristina: We have him. Take care of her.

You got to Arizona and found some medical stuff to hopefully help her. You tried to clean the wound as goos as possible and support her leg with whatever you could find.

Arizona: It sounds really weird, but right now I'm so happy.
Y/n: Happy, how? We were in a plane crash if you didn't noticed that.
Arizona: This is scary and I thought we would not make it, but then there's you. With you around me, I feel much better. You always know what to do and make me feel better, we will make it, I feel it.
Y/n: I love you so much and I will do anything to keep you safe and our girls. I want to make a promise. We stay awake and stay together no matter what, for our sweet little angels. We need to get back to our girls.
Arizona: I promise, we need to get out of here for them. They need us. I love you too, I love you so freaking much y/n.
Y/n: Lets do this for each other and our beautiful girls.
Arizona: I don't feel good right now.
Y/n: Just lean your head on my shoulder.
Arizona: It hurts y/n, we can literally see my bone. Do you think it will be alright?
Y/n: Honestly, I don't know, but I promise to never give up to make you better and back on your feed.
Arizona: Promise me you safe my leg.
Y/n: You know I can't make that promise.
Arizona: Promise me y/n.

You kiss her softly on her lips and take her hand in yours. Your fingers intertwined holding each other. 

Y/n: I won't promise you that, but I promise you to do everything to make sure you can keep your leg.
Arizona: But how are you?
Y/n: I'm fine, sort off, but lets focus on you. You are my priority and your leg is. Lets make it home, lets get back to our angels.
Arizona: I need to tell you that I love you y/n. I never loved someone like I love you.
Y/n: Why does it sound like a goodbye? You're staying with me. You have to stay awake.
Arizona: I try, but I'm so tired. I need to sleep.
Y/n: You can close your eyes for a few minutes, but I will wake you soon.
Arizona: I want you to say it back. I'm scared.
Y/n: I love you too Arizona, but don't be scared. They will find us. It's been two days, they know we never made it to that hospital. They are probably looking for us. We need to hold on a little longer.
Arizona: How are the others?
Y/n: Derek passes out every hour, but we sort of fixed his hand for now, Meredith heads was bleeding, but we stopped it and Cristina is in shock, but found her shoe. So one positive thing, she has two shoes.
Arizona: Congrats on that.
*You kiss her cheek*

Arizona: You and our girls are the reason I hold on, but I'm really scared to leave you behind.
Y/n: Shhh, that will not happen. We are getting old together and will see our girls going to school and fall in love. You will have lots of years to tell me that you love me.
Arizona: Without you..... If you weren't here with me, I would have gave up by now.
Y/n: I will promise you that we will both get back and see our girls. We will be back to that perfect little family.
Arizona: I need to ask you something.
Y/n: Ask me anything.
Arizona: Are you scared to die?
Y/n: Honestly, yes I am, because I feel I'm not ready and I can't leave you and the three princesses alone.

She cups your face in her hands and kisses you passionately.

Arizona: Lets get back to the girls. They need us.
Y/n: And we need them.

*Two days later*
Owen: We found them! This is y/n. Started CPR 20 minutes ago.
*He screams as the doors of the ambulance open at Grey Sloan*

*Two hours later*
Arizona: How is she? Where is y/n?
Jo: She is still in surgery.
Arizona: I need to know how it is going. Please can you ask around?
Jo: I will. Stay calm and try to relax.
Arizona: I try.

*Arizona starts thinking about what happened*
Arizona: We got back, but you need to pull trough y/n. I love you and you love me. I want one of your kisses, that's what I want, that's what I need.

A flashback pops up in her mind. Thinking of the moment you said yes at your wedding and kissed her long and with so much passion.

Arizona: Hopefully thinking about you and our kiss will help you right now. That's how deep our connection is. I believe you will get out of that surgery and recover well.
April: Hey Arizona, I have visitors for you.
Arizona: What? Omg my little angels, come to mama. Hey Belle, I'm so happy to see you.
April: They missed you too. Heard anything?
Arizona: Jo is checking for me. How are the others?
April: Cristina is fine right now, only staying quiet and not moving that much, we think she's in shock. Meredith had a minor bleeding in her head, but its all good and Derek is fine, only will need more surgeries to get all his handfunctions back.
Arizona: That's all good. Hopefully I can keep my leg.
April: It looks good. As good as it can be after all that happened.
Arizona: Omg Jo, any news?
Jo: Yes, there's an update.
April: Oh god, Alex help, we have the girls! It's Arizona!
Alex: I'm here!
Jo: Someone get a crash cart!
April: We need to get the girls out of here Jo!
*Arizona BP dropped really fast and they brought her to an OR*

*In the attending's lounge*
April: This is not good.
Jo: Far from good. They are both in surgery.
Alex: Hey we have a problem with Arizona.
April: What is it?
Alex: The leg is infected and its spreading around her body. That's why she coded. It got to her heart.
Jo: So now what?
Alex: We need to cut her leg off.
April: You can't make that decision. She has to make it or y/n has.
Alex: Little reminder. They are both in surgery!
Amelia: Hey guys, uhm I don't know what's going on, but y/n is out of surgery.
Alex: When will she be awake?
Amelia: I think she can wake up any moment.
Alex: Come on we need to ask her when she's awake. It needs to happen fast.
Jo: Lets go, move your ass.

*They got to your room*
Amelia: So she is awake, but sleepy. What do you need to ask her?
Alex: Its about Arizona, she is in surgery and its bad, really bad. We can safe her, but we need to cut off her leg.
Amelia: And y/n needs to make that decision.
Alex: Yes.
April: She is asking for Arizona.
Alex: Hey y/n, I'm sorry but this is important so I just drop it. Arizona is gonna die if we don't cut off her leg. The infection is spreading around her body.
Y/n: You don't cut it off. Think and help her and safe her leg!
Alex: Y/n, you know she won't survive if we...
Y/n: Shut up and think. April I wouldn't ask you, but go and safe my wife. You are the best trauma surgeon I know. So please April, I trust you and so does Arizona.
April: I'm going, I will do everything I can, I promise. Only, if we need to make a decision, what do you want?
