Chapter 18: Hospital Drama

I woke up the next day and felt like a truck hit me. I looked down and Nate, had his head on the edge of the bed. I ran my fingers through his hair. He lifted his face and sighed in relief.

"Last night was awful." Tears fell down his cheeks. "The doctor said you lost a lot of blood but they managed to stabilized you. Luckily no organ got damaged."

"I couldn't let her kill my baby sister." I cried. "I don't want what happened last night, to happen again."

"It wont, Heather, is dead. A truck hit her and she died immediately." He wiped my tears.

"Where's everyone?"

"They're coming in a bit. They all visit you last night, and I told them I would stay with you."

"Okay, tell them to bring me food from grandpa's." I smiled cheekily.

He chuckled. "Way ahead of you, princess." He gave me a kiss on my forehead.

"I love you." I smiled.

"I love you more." He kissed my hand.

"Special delivery." I look at my dad with a bag from grandpa's restaurant.

"Breakfast!"

Dad gave me the bag and I ate everything. I was starving.

"Sissy, I'm sorry." She grabbed my hand.

"Hey, it wasn't your fault. And I would do it again, because you're very important." I said as I lightly pinched her cheeks.

"I love you." She kissed My cheek.

"I love you too, munchkin." I smiled. "So once I heal, we should have the Halloween party."

"You want to celebrate?" Mom asked me.

"Yes, Heather, kinda screwed our plans, stupid puttana." I rolled my eyes.

Dad chuckled. "You've been hanging out too much with Belle."

"Yeah. Well, fuck you too!"

We heard Belle, scream from the hall. What the fudge? She entered the room and was fuming and had tears falling down her cheeks.

"Dad." She hugged him and he hugged her back and let her cry.

"What happened?" Luna asked her.

"I was minding my own business, when this nurse told me that I looked a lot like a woman who abandoned her two year old daughter in this hospital." She sobbed. "She said I was that little girl, she told me that my birth giver said I was a mistake and because of me, they disowned her."

Luna wrapped her arms around her and, Belle cried in her mom's arms.

"How can I be a mistake, I didn't ask her to have sex and get pregnant."

Luna sat down with Belle, and Mike, crouched down in front of her. "You're not a mistake, you're very wanted by all of us. You're our daughter and that will never change. Even if you swear all the time and have no filter."

Belle, chuckled as she wiped her tears. "I love you guys." She hugged them.

"We love you too, little one." They said unison.

"Now excuse me while I go search for this puta, Belle, how does she look?" Luna said.

"I'll come with."

They both left. I swear people need to mind their own business, what did that nurse gain by telling, Belle, all of that information.

"Are we even sure she's telling the truth?" Nate, asked.

"Your sister was abandoned in this hospital, at the age of two. When we adopted her, She kept saying, mommy don't leave." Mike told him. "We reassure her everyday that she was ours and that we would never abandon her. And she got attached to you, fast."

Nate, smiled, "That little terror would sneak at night in my bedroom and sleep there. She stole my favorite teddy bear, but it was worth it just to see her smile."

"And this is why I fell for you." I smiled looking at Nate. He gave me a kiss.

They returned and Belle, went to hug Nate. He hugged her back. "You okay?"

"Yes, I'm glad that puttana left me, gave me a chance to have an amazing life with friends, family and my girl." She smiled while looking at us.

"That nurse just got her ass fired. You don't mess with my kids." Luna smirked.

"That's my wife." Mike kissed her.

Once I was better, we decorated our backyard for the Halloween party. Nikki, invited 10 girls and, they're all staying the night. I'll make a reservation at Nate's place.

"Can I suck you?" I turned to see Nate dressed as a hot vampire.

I giggled. "Yes."

"There will be no sucking, Davina, Stop getting corrupted." Dad sighed as he put cookies on the table.

I laughed. This is what happens when you have a boyfriend who is extremely dirty and very horny.

"By the way, I need to make a reservation in casa de Nate." I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"We got space, especially for a hot guest." He kissed me.

"Cookies!" Nikki and the rest of her friends screamed, dad managed to get out of there, alive.

"Remind again why did we agree to this party and sleepover?" Dad asked mom.

"Because it's a celebration of being alive, even if it's at a Halloween party." Mom answered.

We laughed. The girls drove dad insane. It's a good thing they stopped having kids, after Nikki. Our house would've been a nut one.

"Come here." Dad said as he chased two little girls who grabbed his phone.

"Sing to us." Another girl ask mom.

"How can I say no to that face." Mom smiled at her. Everyone took a seat and enjoyed mom singing.

"Mom used to sing that to me every night before bed." I said to Nate.

"She used to sing to me whenever I ask her when I was little." He told me.

We smiled at each other and then listened to mom sing. Eventually the party ended, I grabbed a bag and put my stuff there and then I went to his house. He opened the door and crashed his lips against mine.

"Shall I explore, my princess. I'm dying to suck her." He said as he removed my top.

"Explore away." I kissed him.

We still haven't had sex all the way, I'm not ready for that and Nate, has been amazing about it. I thought he was going to get bored of waiting. He said when it happens, it will happen naturally, when I'm ready. I'm lucky to have him.
