Before we knew it, it was December. Instead of flying to Colorado or staying at home, we all decided to give the people at Hope, a special Christmas.

I was making breakfast, when two very strong arms wrapped around my waist. "It would be better if you cook naked."

I chuckled. "Keep dreaming."

"One day it will come true." He kissed my neck and then released me.

"I know how I want to spend this Christmas. I want to give everyone at Hope, a Christmas to remember. I want our families there too." I said as I placed breakfast on the table and coffee.

"I think that's a great idea." He said as he spread butter on his toast.

I smiled. After breakfast I told my family about Christmas and they said they wanted to celebrate it at Hope too. Nate's, parents said the same.

"Are you in, Belle?" I asked her.

"Of course, I wouldn't miss it for anything." She smiled.

"Great, here is a list of chores for the party. Dad, you're in charge with grandpa Carl, grandpa Jacob and Mike, to buy the toys for everyone." I grinned.

"They get the best one." Belle sighed.

"Well, that's because they are like big kids. As soon as they enter the store they'll go crazy." I smiled as the rest laughed

"Can I go?" Nikki, asked.

"Well, you can help them with the gift for the girls." I told her, she squealed.

Dad left with my grandpas, Mike and Nikki. Four guys and a little girl, what can go wrong?

"On a serious note, why did they get that assignment?" Luna asked.

"Because, grandpa Jacob and Carl work too much. They need a chill day, and dad has been under a lot of stress too with the hospital. He said a patient died during surgery and he was sad he couldn't save her. So they all need this day." I smiled as did everyone else.

"And Nikki, was also part of the plan. A little girl at a toy store. She will make them play and get them to have a little fun." I chuckled.

"That's my babygirl." Mom hugged me. "So you knew we would say yes, at spending Christmas here."

"Yes, because I know my family and Nate's, family are amazing and love to help." I hugged them all.

This is not how I planned things to go. I figure, buy the toys and that's it, but Nikki, had other plans.

"Can I have this." She squealed as she jumped on a trampoline.

"Been ages since I've jumped on this." Dad said as he and Carl, laugh.

It was actually nice to see them relax. Oh Davina, you and your cheeky ways. Should've known this was your plan.

"Daddy, join us!"

If you can't with them, join them. It was nice to let loose for a bit. After 5 minutes, we got off.

"Are you planning on buying this?" The owner asked us.

"Yes." Dad answered her. "Don't worry, we're actually planning on buying everything.

"Really?" She gasped.

"Yeah, I'm surprised it's empty, it's a cool store." Carl, told her.

"People nowadays buy online, some stores have closed cause of it. We barely make a sale." She sighed.

"Well, how about we do business?" Dad asked her.

She had teats in her eyes. "Yes, you have no idea how much, this is going to change my life."

"Mommy!" A little girl about Nikki's, age hugged her. "Can we get some burger and milkshake today?"

"Yes, in fact, she will be able to buy you anything you want." I told her. Her face lit up.

She picked up her daughter and hugged her, "of course."

"What's your name?" Nikki asked the little girl.

"Alexa." She said as her mom put her down.

"Want to be friends, ooh ooh, we can have tea parties."

"Yes!"

They both squealed and hugged. Now this is why I'm so proud of my girls. Even though they're from a rich family, they're both extremely humble.

"Let's pay for everything and then give you and your daughter a big gift." Dad said.

We all looked at each other and smiled.

Davina

I was making a sandwich, when out of nowhere, I was pulled into a hug. I smiled, must've been a good trip.

"Thank you for today, we needed this. Thanks to you, a woman and her daughter, are now having the time of their lives.

"What happened?" I asked as dad sat next to me.

"Well..."

He proceeded to tell me everything. I laughed at them going nuts at the store and then dad told me how they gave that little girl and woman a house and how they changed their life upside down. I knew it was a great idea to send them.

"I'm happy, dad. Everyone deserve a good life." I pinched his cheeks.

"Just like old times." He laughed.

"Ti amo, papà." I hugged him.

"Ti amo, figlia." He hugged me back.

...........

We finished decorating Hope. We send everyone away so that we can surprised them. Around 7 pm, they arrived and were shocked to see the place decorated and the kids eyes went big when they noticed the tree with gifts.

"Hey everyone. Come join us." And with that said, mom started to sing.

"Oh my God, it's Skylar!!" Everyone screamed and went to where she was and sang Christmas songs with her.

"Lalala." I looked down on the couch to see a cute little girl singing while swinging her little legs.

I sat next to her and sang along with her. She looked at me and smiled.

"What's your name?"

"Ivy."

"I haven't seen you here, are you new?"

She nodded.

"And how old are you?"

She Showed me two little fingers. She had the most beautiful green emerald eyes.

"Want to sing on stage with her?" I pointed at my mom.

She nodded. I picked her up and took her to the stage. Mom happily sat her on her lap and started to sing and then gave her the microphone. It was so cute.

I felt arms wrapped around my waist. "You look adorable with a toddler."

I smiled. "Is someone getting baby fever."

"Yes." He turned me around and kissed me. "When you graduate, we can discuss that topic." I nodded.

After mom singing, we had dinner and then 12 hit. Everyone said Merry Christmas and we gave them their gifts. They even bought trampolines and put them in the backyard.

I saw Ivy alone opening her gift. And she got so excited. It was a baby doll. She hugged it.

"Merry Christmas, Ivy." I smiled.

She just hugged me. I asked Hope, about her, and she told me, Ivy was found outside of Hope last night. She was dirty and crying. No one deserves to be on the streets.

"Merry Christmas, little one." Nate, told her. She smiled at him and hugged him.

We joined everyone and had a great time. It was a beautiful Christmas.
