Rejects and Crushes

Namjoon's POV

This is a nightmare. And worst of all, we are doing this in the hallway.
Jungkook's face was beaten, bruised, battered and torn. After we asked him why, he told us and Tzuyu's reaction is so bad.
"Why would you do that?!" Tzuyu cried hitting Jungkook's arm with every word she yelled, "you could've just held your anger and let him past!"
"I couldn't Tzuyu! He hurt you and Namjoon so bad! I couldn't let him get away without even a scratch." Jungkook innocently argued.
"I could care less about him, Jungkook! What I care about is that you got hurt because of my problems! I don't want that for you! You can't stand up for me!"
Jungkook thankfully decided not to argue back, "I'm sorry, Tzuyu." He said. Then Chaeyoung, Mina and Sana walks up behind us.
"Hi gu...." Her jaw drops, "Jeon Jungkook, your face!"
"Could we not talk about this." Tzuyu ordered looking away from everyone.
"Why Tzuyu? What happened?" Chae asked.
"Nothing." Jungkook answered, "it's all good. I just got into a little accident, that's all."
"I'm so sorry Jungkook." Sana and Mina both apologized and moved to the gym.
Knowing Chaeyoung, she definitely knew JK was lying. She will have questions. Thankfully I won't be the one answering them. Instead I take Tzuyu inside a different hallway to talk to her alone.

Chaeyoung's POV

"Jungkook. Tell me. Please. What really happened." I asked and he looks guilty as heck.
"I'm sorry, Chae. I got into a fight." He admitted.
"A fight!" I could hardly believe my ears, the innocent, fun loving Jungkook getting into a fight?!
"I lost my temper. I saw Namjoon and Tzuyu's father on the street and I cursed him out. Then he started a fight."
"Their....dad?" I blink.
"Yes. I couldn't stop my anger. And now Tzuyu is furious." He looked towards the floor.
        "I would've done the same thing Jungkook." I said angry at what happened, "that man is so stupid!"
       "Ya. I said a little more than just stupid." Jungkook managed a smile, "but it is true he is all fo those things."
      "Maybe just..talk to Tzuyu." I advise, "she probably isn't mad at you in particular."
     "Then what is she mad at?" Asked Jungkook.
     "Herself." I say in utter despair, "I hope she isn't hard on herself but it could be the case, kook."
      Jungkook had a sense of fear on his face, "I will talk to her. But tonight. I have to deal with  school first."
      Then the both of us go off to our first class.

       "Hey Yoongs!" I smile as I sit next to Yoongi.
       "Hey Chae!" He smiled back.
       "Not callin me shorty anymore?" I laugh.
       "Do you want me to?"
       "No! No! Never mind."
        He laughs.
        "Did you go on your second event with Hobi yet?" I ask him.
       He became pretty sad all of a sudden after I asked the question.
        "What's wrong?" I become concerned.
       "Did you know?" He suddenly asked me.
       "Did I know....."
       "That he is in love with me."
       "He told you!" I almost yell.
       "Mhm."
       "Oh my gosh I knew it! The darkness and the light! Very unexpected but literally the cutest couple in the world! You and Hobi were meant for eachother!"
       "Uh, Chae."
       "You know! I shipped it from the very beginning! I......"
       "Chae!" Yoongi grabbed my wrist, "I rejected him!"
      "Awww how......YOU REJECTED HIM!" I suddenly yelled.
      "Shhhhh!" Yoongi shushed.
      "How could you do that?! He loves you, Yoongi! He is such a sweetheart how could you reject him!" I scold.
     "I'm sorry Chae."
     "You shouldn't be sorry to me! You should be sorry to Jung Hoseok!" I keep tapping him hard in the shoulder.
     "He's just my friend Chae! I don't like him like that! I didn't want to break his heart! But I didn't want to lie! That would be worse!"
     I sigh, "I guess. You are right. But that poor guy. I haven't even seen him today. Is he here."
     "Somewhere. But I'm too scared to face him." Yoongi sighed.
     "I could go and..."
     "No!" Yoongi suddenly interrupted, "I will ummm.....I can get Namjoon to help me cause he is good friends with Hobi."
     "Ok?" I raise my eyebrow, "suite yourself."
     Yoongi sighs.
That was weird. Yoongi is being strange and on top of it all, he rejected Hobi! Not even I could do that! Maybe he is just a cold heart after all.
