"No, you don't get it!" Soobin says, huffing and folding his arms over his chest. "You aren't listening to me!"
Gina scoffs and glares at Soobin, rolling her eyes at him.
"Yeah right. You're the one with a major problem. Don't turn this around on me. You. Are. At. Fault. Here. And apologies won't fix it." Turning away from him, she spins the dial on her locker, ignoring Soobin as he stares at her.
"Are you serious right now?" When she doesn't respond, Soobin grabs her shoulder and turns her to face him. "You're this upset because I won't buy you brownies?"
Gina looks up at Soobin, incredulous.
"You think I'm overreacting, huh? You think this is a joke? No, this isn't funny. Why won't you get me brownies?"
Soobin sighs, leaning back and running a hand through his hair. He waves his hand at her, looking down at the ground. She scrunched her nose and turns back to her locker. Soobin smiles suddenly, looking over at her.
Shaking his head, he laughs quietly as he sees her pout.
"Cute," he mutters.
Gina doesn't hear, focused on the blue-purple flower.
Heliotropes - eternal love and devotion
I don't want to be "just friends" anymore.
An idea occurs to Gina and she looks up at Soobin, thrusting the note in his face.
"I bet he would buy me brownies," she says, raising an eyebrow at Soobin. "What do you have to say about that?"
Soobin laughs, gently pushing her hand down and ruffling her hair.
"You're probably right. He's so much better than me."
Gina nods, completely serious.
"Yeah. He would give me brownies and sing for me." She shuts the locker, walking backwards as she makes a face at Soobin. "He would give me cuddles and let me steal his hoodies and play the guitar when I can't sleep."
Soobin raises his eyebrows, following her and making sure she won't run into anything.
"Uh-huh?"
"And he'd make fun of me and let me make fun of him. We'd go see movies just to talk over the actors in an empty theatre." She nods, more to herself than Soobin. Soobin smiles tenderly at her, his heart racing as he hears her list everything he wants to do with her.
Gina looks over at Soobin, a smile growing on her face, despite herself.
I want you to be him.
