"dude, let me see your answers i hardly understand this." eunha said, taking minseos finished worksheet from her desk, minseo not caring because she was too worried about the haerin situation.
"65, blah blah, -2, oh you smart bitch—" after realizing most of her answers were wrong, eunha gave up, "hey, you wanna go to that cafe down the street for lunch?"
minseo had completely tuned everything out, just typing in the groupchat, resulting in eunha waving her hand in the space between her and her phone.
"earth to minseo. you wanna go or no?"
"hm? yeah, sorry, sounds good."
"are you okay? you've had your phone buried in your face all day."
"i'm fine," minseo replied, finally putting her phone down, "i'm just a little worried about what i'm gonna do about haerin."
"fuck her, dont be tripping out because of her. bitch needs help. and i promise i'm not gonna let her touch you. got it?" eunha insured to which minseo smiled and nodded.
the bell rang notifying everyone that it was lunch time, so the two packed up their things to leave class and meet up with haechan and mark so they can go eat lunch together.
ever since haechan had admitted his feelings about eunha to minseo, he's been a little distant towards her. eunha noticed it but thought she was just being dramatic so she didn't mention it. he wasn't trying to be distant but he couldn't help but feel awkward around the girl he likes.
"oh my god, the bubble tea here sounds so yummy," mark said excitedly, slightly jumping up and down at the thought of the delicious beverage.
"y'all can sit, i'll order," eunha offered, referring to the three. haechan and minseo went to get a table for them while mark insisted on staying to help eunha.
minseo looked at haechan from across the table, to which he was fidgeting with what was on the table and avoiding eye contact at all costs.
"holy shit you really do like eunha," minseo laughed, "look at you being all nervous."
haechan laughed back sarcastically, "i literally cannot function around her. this is so bad."
"better get yourself together or confess because shes gonna start noticing how weird you're being around her."
"i'll confess when you decide if you want jaehyun, taeyong, or doyoung." haechan smirked.
minseo gasped, "you fucker."
"yeah, thats me."
before their conversation could continue, eunha and mark arrived with their drinks and food. as soon as eunha sat beside haechan he began to shift uncomfortable in his sit, causing minseo to snicker.
eunha looked up at her in confusion, "whats so funny?"
"what? nothing. just making jokes in my mind."
eunha was not buying it but just assumed it was her best friend being her usual weird self. "mark is rubbing off on you."
