Staring at his phone, on his bed, Deus couldn't stop looking at the name on the screen.

"Seraphim..."

Mumbling under his breath, he repeated the name he had known for so long. It strangely felt very foreign at that moment.

This wasn't something he would've ever expected to happen to him. Especially since it was to do with that man. The Hiiro he remembered wasn't the type to be good with phones either.

As random thoughts ran through his head, he continued to stare at the name inputted on his phone.

His concentration was broken when he suddenly got a notification.

It was from his calendar.

When he returned to the past, he quickly noted down every milestone that the original Hiiro had gone through. From his first rift clear to his second, third, and so on.

Although he knew that the current Hiiro wouldn't be able to safely progress through any of these rifts, he still needed him to go through with it. He wanted to make sure the legend behind Hiiro would continue in this life. He didn't know how he did it last time, but he needed him to save the world, once again. Anything that goes differently to history, could destroy that future.

Even if he has to protect him the whole time, he'll make sure to get Hiiro to clear these rifts.

With a set schedule planned out, it was about time for Hiiro's second tale. He sat up from his bed, finding the contact he had wanted.

Raising his phone to his ear, he began a call. As the other line picked up, he answered in his euphonious voice.

"There's a rift near the city of Haranaika that I want to be reserved for tomorrow."

Crossing his leg over the other, his ephemeral image would cause anybody to swoon.

"It doesn't matter who else has reserved it. Make sure it'll be open for me tomorrow. No one else is allowed to clear it."

...

Hiiro suddenly felt a chill down his spine.

What was this bad premonition he was getting?

Well, considering what happened today, maybe it already happened.

'Oi, pick up the pace, my senses. You're a few hours late.'

Suddenly, he felt the impact of a pillow hit him!

"Ah!"

Looking back, he saw Hayato with an annoyed look on his face, laying on his bed. He was still eating chips on Hiiro's bed, much to his annoyance.

"Turn off your alarm already! I messed up my combo because of it!"

"Eh?"

Suddenly returning to reality, Hiiro realized that his phone alarm had been going off for the past few minutes!

"Oh shit! Sorry!"

Swiping it away, he realized it was time to do his usual exercises.

Groaning in annoyance, he really thought about how he didn't want to do them today. Yes, it would definitely build up his body, and he could possibly be as godly handsome as the original Hiiro. However, his own laziness is currently winning over those types of fantasies.

'I'm still above average, even without this... I should be fine, right? One day won't make that much of a difference...'

Standing up, he stretched and nodded to himself.
