(Adrien's POV)

The next morning, I woke up and saw an ancient Egyptian relic on my lap. Did Plagg steal it from the museum last night? Oh no! What were you thinking Plagg?!

"Plagg, wake up!" I startled him.

"Huh? What?" He woke up with wide eyes.

"Did you steal this?!" I pointed at the relic.

"Yes but no one saw me, I swear! And I can't take it anymore with you biting people's necks. It's giving me nightmares! And I thought that this relic can help you turn water into blood. Yes, it's a real magic relic made from the ancient Egyptians" Plagg explained with honesty.

"This is serious, Plagg. I don't know what kind of curses this thing can do. But you're right, I can't go around biting people's necks. I just hope I don't get in trouble for this. Today is my photoshoot after school and I cannot let the make-up crew see that I have no reflection in the mirror. This is gonna freak them out" I said as I head into my bathroom with the relic.

I'm still freaked out with the lack of my reflection in the mirror. I just ignored it and just brush my teeth and brushed my hair. At least the toothpaste didn't make me taste anything sensitive this time.

I took out a metallic water bottle and turn the sink on to fill the bottle with water, "Okay, I hope this works. I don't want to cause 10 plagues in Paris. Just the first plague and it's just the water in my bottle turning into blood." I said and made the relic touch the water and it turned red.

I drank from it and I felt satisfied for the moment. I gotta be sure that no one can smell blood a few feet away, "Plagg, can you smell it a few feet away?"

"Why are you asking me?" Plagg asked.

"Blood has a scent," I explained.

"Yeah, so?" Plagg wondered.

I sighed in annoyance, "I can't let anyone know I'm carrying a bottle of blood. If they smell it, they'll think it's coming from me. Now I'll ask again, can you smell it a few feet away from where I am?"

Plagg flew away a few feet and I opened the bottle.

"Well, I don't smell it. It's odorless." Plagg said.

I sighed in relief, "Good. That's just what I want everyone to think. If they do see it's dark red, I'll just tell them it's just cranberry juice" I said.

"Don't forget to seal that relic in a hiding place. If it's out in the open, the plagues will get ugly" Plagg suggested.

"Yes but everyone will see the relic's missing from the museum." I pointed out.

"Actually, I found a fake one from the gift shop. They won't suspect a thing" Plagg said.

"Good." I fist-bumped his tiny hand.

"I learned from the best" Plagg smirked.

"Yeah, until then, don't complain when I ask you to eat my food for me," I said as I put the bottle of blood in my bag and head out of my room. I hear heartbeats in the mansion and I know it's Nathalie and my father. Okay, just act like a human, Adrien. Stay away from the mirrors and windows.

"Okay, I got time until school." I looked at the time on my phone.

I can't go in my bodyguard's car because he'll see I have no reflection in the rearview mirror. I can't do this but I got no choice. He can't talk because he's mute, so I'm gonna have to hypnotize him or ask him if it's okay if I can sit in the front seat. But before I go, I have to pretend I had my breakfast. I gotta make this convincing so my father doesn't think I skip food. Plagg better not get full this time.
