(Adrien's POV)

After pretending to eat dinner by having Plagg eat them, it's time for Cat Noir to get with Ladybug for our mission. I drank blood from my bottle so I don't go blood frenzy again.

"Plagg claws out!" I transformed into Cat Noir and just as I was about to head out. I heard someone opening my door.

I gasped and quickly went to my bathroom and closed the door, turning on the shower to pretend I'm taking a shower. Nathalie nor my father would ever disturb me in my shower. So, I hid behind it.

"Adrien, don't forget to study Chinese before going to bed" It was Nathalie.

"Okay then," I spoke out and I hear her walked away before I opened the windows and closed them.

I ran on the rooftops to get to milady's bakery place. Running on all fours and jumping over obstacles on the roof like a chimney and other rooftops. I stayed on the other side of the building so no akumatized villain will know where Ladybug is. So, I just sit down on the roof with my legs crossed as I wait for Marinette to transform into Ladybug. I texted with my baton that I'm waiting on the other side of the building next to her bakery place.

"Tikki spots on!" I heard her transform as the bright pink light flashed through her windows and she came out to her balcony and swung her yoyo next to the building I'm at. I pretended to meditate quietly so that I didn't notice she's coming.

I heard a thud next to me and I didn't flinch because I had my eyes closed, pretending to mediate but I had my left eye open.

"Hey, Kitty." She saw me.

"Hmm? Was that? I think my mind is in a cloud of meditation" I joked and she pulled my belt tail to get me out of my pretending trance, "Ow! Jeez, was that necessary?"

"Sorry, just didn't want to interrupt your relaxation. I brought the snake miraculous just in case of emergencies. Luka won't be joining us. You'll have to unify with it" She tosses the snake miraculous and I caught it.

"But what if I mess up? Remember what happened with Desperada I was unable to be the right guy" I said.

"You did succeed when we defeated Miracle Queen" She reminded me.

"True, okay" I put it on my wrist.

"Okay. Tiki! Duusu! Unify!" She transformed into a hybrid form with the ladybug and the peacock.

She had the eye patch of the peacock along with eyes similar to Mayura and with blue skin face, her ladybug black and purple spots with the peacock feather dress, and her suit of the ladybug purple and black spots.

"Whoa, it's like the bird is not eating the bug, but fused" I was amazed.

"Oh, thank you, Kitty." She smiled.

"Not to criticize but aren't peacocks males, not females?" I chuckled at the fact.

"Yeah but still, it looks pretty." Ladybug or Shadow Bug said.

"Indeed, you do, Shadow Bug," I said.

"Now let's see if we can find those bats." She then said.

"And where are we gonna find them? It's pretty usual to find wild bats in Paris. There are no dark places they can find" I said.

"They must have an object containing the amok. Do you remember what it looked like the night they attacked you?" Shadow Bug asked.

I closed my eyes to think of the night I was attacked. They were shadowy with red eyes. One that bit me on the neck had a diamond ring around its neck like a choker. That explains why they aren't taking orders from Shadow Moth because they were free to do whatever they want.
