Lila is always not the honest or truthful character in the show. She makes a great villain and ally with Shadow Moth. Who knows if she'll be the new Hawk Moth if Gabriel fails in the future.

We all have to lie in our life to protect our personal life, our privacy, and our secrets. But too much lying means making people turn against you and living in a fantasy instead of reality.

(Marinette's POV)

Duusu is feeling almost better. Her loud voice is returning back to a normal volume and she's looking less stressed but she still isn't ready to have me unify with me and Tiki just yet.

"Duusu, I know it seems strange to ask but was it Shadow Moth or Mayura that created these strange shadowy bats?" I asked the peacock kwami.

"Shadow Moth really did create those bats but unfortunately he could not tame them. Just like Master Fu couldn't tame Feast" Duusu explained.

"I see. I wonder why those bats attacked Cat Noir. It doesn't make sense. I'll figure that out later. Right now I need to get with Cat Noir for patrol. Tiki spots on!" I transformed into Ladybug and head up to my balcony but got startled by a bat in front of me.

"Aaaahh!!! Cat Noir?" I nearly went high pitch.

The bat morphed into Cat Noir, "Sorry, I didn't know you were coming out." He apologized.

"Adri—Cat Noir, someone could have seen you. How long were you a bat?" I asked seriously.

"About 5 minutes. I'm just practicing a bit so I can get a good view from the sky if Shadow Moth is hiding anywhere" Cat Noir said with a sheepish smile.

"Just don't fly during the daylight. Bats are not capable of flying in daylight. Promise me you won't do that again" I said, even if he's still my funny kitty, sometimes he can be reckless.

"Sorry, was just eager to meet you." He said.

I smirked and crossed my arms, "Aww....did you miss me as Ladybug, Prince Char-meow-ing?" I teased him.

"Indeed I did, bugaboo. And only I get to use my cat puns" He said with that cocky smirk.

"Of course you do, kitty. Also, I found out those bats who bit you were sentimonsters out of control." I told him.

"What?!" Cat Noir gasps.

"Duusu explained it to me. I don't know what Hawk Moth was planning to do but I guess he didn't think straight" I said and I saw he looked distressed or something, "You okay? I know it seems sudden that you got bitten by them"

"Yeah, I'm fine. It's just...I don't know why he would do that. Remember the time when Master Fu couldn't tame that eyeless frog monster Feast?" Cat Noir reminded me.

"Yes, it seems to depend on what monster it is. But I wonder if I combine Duusu with Tikki I might reverse it. She's not ready yet." Ladybug said.

"Are you sure?" Cat Noir asked.

"Definitely, kitty. In the meantime, let's head on to patrol" I said but Cat Noir held my hands.

"Milady, it's kinda early to patrol. I've been thinking of.....ice skating with you with our powerups. I......We never danced with each other as superheroes" Cat Noir suggested.

"Don't you think the public will see us? I'm worried that your lack of reflection will get exposed on those reflected glass and ice" I said, but Cat Noir kissed me on the lips to calm me down.
