Background: Adopted by Bruce Wayne and became the second Robin, took up the mantle of Red Robin when Tim Drake was passed on the identity of Robin.

Hobbies: Performing theater plays, reading classics and poetry, cooking and baking with Alfred, training sessions with Tim, going to every bakery in the city with Richard or Barbara, teasing Barbara.
Personality: This version of Jason is much younger as compared to the previous two and as he wasn't killed by the Joker, his personality shaped very differently from how you see him in canon.
The prominent personality facts about him are as follows:
• Very cheerful and usually optimistic.
• There are rare times when he gives in to his pessimism but those times are the worst for him as well as the people who have to deal with him in such a state.
• Incorrigible sweet tooth.
• Overworks himself and obsessed with proving his worth to Batman.
• Not a habitual smoker yet but his last resort are cigarettes when it comes to dealing with tension of any kind.
• Master tactician. Can work his way out of any situation. Also knows how to deal with things so that he gets the most benefit out of the situation.
• Can get a bit reckless at times.
• Impatient.
• Gives off the impression that he's unable to keep a secret but given the right price, he can keep his mouth shut. However, he can also resort to double crossing.
• Not a big fan of fair play.
• Excellent cook but would never step into the kitchen to make food for others.
• Dedicated and loyal towards his friends and family.
• Enjoys reading books a lot and would always borrow books from Bruce's study with no intentions of returning them. Has an entire book shelf in his room comprised of those permanently borrowed books.
• Resembles the OC Neal Hastings in nature and thinking a lot due to the fact that he was one of his closest friends and got deeply influenced by him.
• Favorite adoptive brothers are both Tim and Richard, he can't pick one.
• Does not like Damian because the younger gets into arguments with his precious Tim too often.
• Jay was the one who assigned Damian the title of Demon Brat. And Damian had proudly accepted the title, saying that he would live up to it.

Origin story: (follows canon storyline with few modifications).
The major modification in both these interconnected stories is that Joker dies before he could kill Jason hence Jay was never murdered nor resurrected. It affected his personality positively and he never considered Tim Drake as a replacement either. In fact, he himself helped in training Tim and making sure that the boy stayed out of any lethal trouble. All of Jason's post death crisis does not take place in these fanfics.
