As promised, this one shot is a continuation of the Todd Junior one shot and focuses on later years with Jay, Rose and their naughty little boy.

Without further ado, let's begin.

Two year old Lysander was a lot to handle, despite being just a crawling little toddler. He was extremely mischievous and had a curious nature, quite like his father. And just like his father he was a tempest of chaos rolled into one.

He might have taken after Rose it in looks but in nature, he was a mini Jason.

Rose and Jason had to be very cautious and look after Ly all the time because whenever the boy was left alone, he would cook up some mischief.

With his silver hair and blue eyes, he had earned the nickname of Jack Frost by Mona and Felicity who loved to play with him. Whenever the Todds were at Wayne Manor, Mona would call her best friend over and the two would play with Lysander all day long.

They had just come back to Star City after spending the Christmas holidays with the Waynes and little Lysander had been very excited to get so many gifts. It had been difficult to bring him back home because he loved all the attention he was showered with at the Manor while back at home, there weren't as many people around to dote upon him.

It was time to put him off to bed so Rose and Jason were both in the nursery with their little bundle of joy. Jay was the one who sang lullabies to the boy or acted out parts from plays which always made Ly gurgle with laughter.

Rose enjoyed seeing the father and son interact as such and though her life had become very different with the addition of Lysander to their lovely family, she loved every second of it. It was as different as possible from the dangerous life she had led before, fighting alongside her father and then joining the other side.

She was fond of everything she had right then, in a life that was no longer connected to  being a mercenary or a vigilante. And though years ago she would never have imagined living a normal happy life alongside her husband and child right then it felt like a dream come true.

"Jason, he's asleep," she spoke up, seeing Jason was still rocking the boy and singing an old folk song to him.

"Oh," he paused, looking down at Lysander who's face was pressed into his arm and muffled snores could be heard.

He stroked the silvery head gently then placed the boy into his cot, tucking in the blankets around him carefully.

Rose had an unfathomable expression on her face and when Jason straightened, he observed that far off look which hinted that she was lost in thought.

"What are you thinking?" He asked, stepping close to her as he took her hands in his own.

"You're honestly such a good father," she mumbled, looking up at his smiling face, "I'm so glad that me and Ly have you."

Jason knew exactly what she had been thinking from that one sentence. Rose's relationship with her own father had been strained and she had always been conflicted on whether Slade really cared for her or just viewed her as a soldier.

She had never experienced genuine love and care from her own father so seeing Jason care for their child was a new but heartwarming experience for her.

He knelt down to be face to face with her since she was sitting on the bed and held her close, "Rose, I'm really glad to have you both with me too."

"You know sometimes I feel scared that I will mess things up," she sighed, her hands cupping his face tenderly, "I mean... Sometimes I feel perhaps I won't be as good a parent to Ly as you are."
