Chapter 4: Unexpected Meeting

Inside the dungeon boss room

Rimuru POV

Phewww... It's been a long journey and at this point I finally arrived at the big door in which is the boss room.

The magicule here is a little denser than other places, could it be because this is the boss room?  While thinking that, I opened the large door and walked into the boss room.

This boss room looks very empty.  There is only a large Crystal at the end of the room.  Maybe that's what Ciel mentioned as a Dungeon Core.

At the end of the room was a Monster that had a magicule as powerful as the Demon King's Seed.

Rimuru:"Looks like the monster over there is the boss"

[You are right]

As Ciel explained that the Dungeon boss is a monster as strong as the Pseudo-Demon-Lord.

Upon noticing my arrival, the Dungeon boss instantly enlarged its body to 2 times larger than a Firewolf

Oh man this boss is big.  He looks like a Firewolf but his body is 2 times bigger than the Firewolf I met when I first explored.

If described, this monster looks like a Firewolf, but the color of its fur is black and its horns are larger and give off a black aura.

This monster is also seen leading a herd of Firewolf with about 12 Firewolf members.

I thought this creature was as strong as Ranga when I evolved into a True Demon Lord.

At that time I prepared myself to face him while holding my sword.

[Master, it looks like the boss of this dungeon is a Firewolf who evolved into a Hellwolf]

I heard Ciel say something but I just ignored him.

The instant his subordinates attacked me first, the attack this time was different, they attacked me strategically and regularly.

Is it because they have a leader?  I'll save that for later since the Firewolves have already come to attack me.

The first firewolf attacked from the front with its fangs.

The second firewolf seems to be following the first, looks like he's about to attack from above

The fourth and fifth firewolves attacked from my right and left.

The five firewolves in the back row prepared a fireball attack using their horns.

The rest of the two Firewolfs were near Hellwolf, it seemed they were the mini boss.

They looked like they were waiting for me to be killed by these nine firewolves in front of me.

But... It's not that easy

Instantly I jumped to avoid the attack of the Firewolf who was on my right and left and stabbed my sword into the head of the first Firewolf in front of me.

Using the sword as my fulcrum, I leapt forward again attacking the second Firewolf with a side kick aimed at its head.

Because my kick was too fast and too strong, only its head flew sideways until it smashed into the walls of the room.

I forgot the fact that my own body is a Myth Class(God Class) weapon.  I'd better hold myself back for a physical battle.

Damn.. The firewolf I kicked looks disgusting.  If you want me to describe the state of this Firewolf's body, the current state of his body looks more like his head being forcefully pulled out from the side.
