the twins made friends with remus, peter and sirius, the boys had now named themselves 'The Marauders' and were inseparable. as y/n hung out with the marauders, she felt an insufferable pain in her ass when it came to one of the boys, none other than the 'god' himself, sirius black. y/n loathed him, and sirius to the girl, they always teased each other, throwing snarky and witty comments at each others throats, y/n couldnt stand sirius, but as time went on, there would always be a fuzzy feeling in her stomach when he towered over her when he teased her, or the way his breath tickled her ear when he whispered hateful words at her and no doubt sirius felt the same way about her, her prideful smirk when she would leave him speechless after y/h beat gryffindor in quidditch, or that cock of her brow when she beat him at something he was good at or the way her hands would linger along his face just before she was about to slap him, merlin, even the slapping made his head swirl, in a good way...

five years have passed and it was now about five-thirty in the evening and the corridors were quiet, sirius was making his way to the library to join the rest of the marauders in the library to study for their coming up tests. sirius wasnt really one to study, the only reason why he was going there was because he hoped y/n would be there.

his school shoes made calming sounds as he walked through the corridors. sirius stopped walking when he heard screaming, shouting

"y/n?" he asked himself and followed the sound of the screams. his question was answered when he saw lucius towering y/n. she was backed up against a wall, books clutched to her chest. sirius walked up to the boy

"leave y/n alone malfoy," sirius said in a warning tone, his hand in a fist, his jaw clenched

"or else what black?" lucius cocked an eyebrow and continued to tower over y/n, his hand caressing her face, sirius felt his blood boil from watching lucius touch what was his...sorta, y/n immediately punched him and broke his nose. sirius smirked and said to himself, "thats my girl..." lucius slapped y/n and she shoved him off her, this was clearly lucius' last straw because he pushed her against the wall, but before he could do anything sirius broke the two up and hit lucius more than once

"sirius enough!" y/n shouted, dragging sirius away from lucius, "sirius youre gonna kill him!"

as y/n took sirius away from the boy and he ran. sirius turned to y/n and she slapped him

"what in the bloody hell was that for?" sirius exclaimed, clutching his cheek, "i just saved your bloody life! a thank you would be nice,"

"i was fine sirius! i didnt need your help!" y/n exclaimed, picking up her books, sirius bent down to help, "dont!" he backed up and raised his hands in defeat, y/n picked up her stuff and tried to walk away but sirius grabbed her wrist

"why don't you want me to help you?" he asked

"because i could have fought for myself sirius, i dont need you to fight for me!" y/n shouted

"but i want to fight for you y/n!" sirius explained

"and why would you want to do that? i dont need a prince to save me sirius! im perfectly capable of fighting for myself,"
"oh yeah, clearly, he had you up against a wall y/n, god knows the things he could have done to you!"
