james and y/n are suPER close in this one, i made them twins, hope you dont mind. i havent seen any super close twins before in books and stuff so thought itll be cool if we made them really close, like almost the same person.

note:

the staircase scene, there are two doors, one on either side ( like the top and the bottom of the stairs if you understand )

regulus and sirius are NOT feuding and are close brothers

( euphamia** ) - can have your own middle name, but since they usually put the parents name as a second name just thought itll be cool <3

for sub-chapter: "fifth year: holidays: 18 december 1975" i would recommend playing "i cant dance" by genisis, gives of the vibe of the room and the music sirius would play in that situation, basically during that whole sub-chapter just play those types of songs

first year:
1st spetember 1971

"james fleamont potter," said a dark haired boy with a big smile on his face, he extended his arm to a boy they had just met, his name was remus lupin. he had sandy blonde hair that was almost all they time mistaken for brown, he had beautiful brown eyes and many scars, y/n had tried not to notice.

he took her brothers hand mirroring his smile, "this is peter pettigrew," he gestured to the plumpier boy sitting next to them by the door to the carriage, "and this is my sister, y/n ( euphamia** ) potter," james gestured to the wundow seat next to him. just as remus was about to greet her the carriage door swung open

"why hello there old chap!" another dark haired boy entered the carriage and stuck out his hand, he had pale skin and eyes as blue and as deep as the ocean, his hair was long black and a bit curly round the edges

"hello there darling!" james greeted the stranger back

"sirius orian black the second!" he said, extending his hand

"james fleamont potter the....first!?" james said just as enthusiastically. he had never had to refer to himself as the first, second or third but was just excited to nake a new friend, as always.

the boy just grinned widely, "and who might you lot be?" he asked, putting his luggage on the ( rail thing ) and sat opposite y/n next to the remus lupin boy, his eyes taking in the sight of the girl in front of him

"this is peter pettigrew," he gestured to peter and did the same for the others, "remus john lupin and y/n ( euphamia** ) potter,"

"y/n..." he said, trying the name on his tongue, she smiled at him and went back to her book, james and sirius chatting in front of her, they swayed around the room so she went to sit with remus and they hit it of, he was quiet at first but was a chatter box as soon as they started talking about books.

fourth year:
2nd march 1974
