Meet Up

Reikan felt a slight breeze in his face waking him up, his upper body rised but his legs were laying on the bench. He looked around and remembered he fell asleep in the garden, his anger subsided but his hunger for sleep remained. He stood up and stretched his body before looking around, he could feel Kindred's presence was gone so he went to the entrance and saw his brothers. Reikan could see Dreidar smiling while his twin was still serious as ever with his eyes hidden.

"Well, atleast someone had fun," Reikan said as he walked to them.

"Hah! You have no idea," Dreidar replied and the three of them walked to the dining area.

Veirn made a deal along with his favor, he shared the changed recipe and his favor was his little secret. The chefs agreed with it when Veirn shared the recipe so everything went smoothly, he looked around for a clock but found none so he bid the chefs goodbye and went outside. There he noticed that the dining room had a few people, most of them was the so called Vastayan. Veirn saw the same couple when Sensho entered the Institute in the beginning, a male that had a colorful feather on his wing that sprouted from his right shoulder blade. The man had talons as feet along with his white with a tint of red hair while his ears was covered with feathers that traveled to the side of his face. The woman was similar except the color of her hair wich was maroon colored and her wing was purple that sprouted from her left shoulder blade. Veirn noticed the male looked at him back so he quickly shifted his face but his mullet showed evidence he looked. Veirn could feel their gaze wich made him nervous and he tried to walk away but he felt a tap on his left shoulder wich made him shiver. He looked to see with the usual machine like turn around and saw the feathered male.

"Hiya, your the new guy right?" the male asked with a cheery voice. This did not suite well with Veirn.

"Eeeeeeeek!" Veirn replied as he backed away.

"Damn, am I that scary?" the man said as he scratched the back of his head with a worried look.

Veirn's mind was jumbled but he felt someone pat him on the shoulder so he jumped away while his arms was on defense. He focused his eyes and saw Verkin who had a smile on his face while his eyes were hidden.

"Now now Veirn, your acting rudely," Dreidar said as he entered while Reikan was behind him. Veirn calmed down and faced the man while he looked at the floor.

"S-s-sorry," Veirn said as he made a bow.

"It's fine, it's also my fault for the sudden approach," the male replied.

"We're also sorry for our little brother, he's very nervous to people unless you place him in the kitchen," Dreidar said.

"Anyway, I'm Dreidar," Dreidar said and began to introduce his brothers.

"This is Veirn," he said as he pointed Veirn that was already behind Dreidar for cover.

"Verkin," he said and pointed it to Verkin who had his arms crossed on his chest.

"And this guy is Reikan," Dreidar said as he pointed at the yawning man.

"Well pleasure to meet you, I'm Rakan," the feathered male said as he did a theatrical bow.

"And this is Xayah," he continued as he perked back up and gestured his hand to the girl beside him.

"The pleasure is ours, please have a seat," Dreidar said as they sat on a large dining table. They all took the offer, the brothers sat on one side while the Vastayans were on the other side.

"Huh, they introduced one new person but why are there four of you?" Rakan asked as he placed his left hand to the table.

"Ah that would be our brother Sensho. In reality we hid inside his body since we weren't sure what to do in this place," Dreidar said wich made Rakan rub his chin while he was was thinking of something.
