'Zero, now' Amidst the chaos no one took notice of the abrupt movement. Zero's body was lost amongst the sea of attackers, his new position hidden to the prying eyes of Rido. "What now vampire?" his deep voice whispered quietly knowing full well his intended target would hear. 'Fire bloody rose, don't worry about those on our side they won't be harmed....as long as you don't think it' Taking his position he pulled the trigger. Barrel aimed at Rido. A bright light enveloped his body. Multiple tendrils waved around killing multiple targets at once. The source coming from Rido, the giant vine that pierced his side released many others. Is this what you meant Rin? The light died down. The ashes of those terminated littered the ground in mountains. Their eyes directed to the source, Zero's body now ported green vines coiled around his arm and upper body.
The others looked around in wonder. "What a show"

I quickly followed after Rido, briefly glancing back to the others. They'll be fine. Jumping after him I did nothing as he devoured some of his followers. He is truly vile. Firing off Tsuki I happily watched as his blood spilled. 'Uncle you really are disgusting' I mocked continuing to fire my weapon from the same spot. Eyes gleaming in amusement as he looked around frantically. 'Are you so afraid that you can't remember what to do?' I slowly walked out. Reverting Tsuki and securing it around my wrist. 'Rido Kuran, a man who had everything but nothing all in the same. He had everything he desired and yet he was empty handed. Shi-san described you that way and I can see the truth behind those words'
The wind blew calmly around us. The smell of ash and blood permeating through the night. "Is my dear niece sympathizing with me? How naïve can you be?" he cackled, head thrown back and body shaking in amusement. 'No, I'm simply seeing the weak and broken man you are beneath the exterior. Shi-san was right, even Juri-sama mentioned it once'

'She still cared for you, slightly' His laughing ceased as he peered at me in interest. "Ahhh that does sound like Juri..... she had always been so naïve and forgivi-" 'Wrong. She was only naïve, her hate and detest for you was strong. I should know...after all I was an embodiment of you to them' Raising my hand with Asra, I let our eyes meet briefly. "You can stop pretending now. Uncle is far more powerful than this...so come at me with everything you have" He wasted no time. "I've been honored with the sound of your voice, you can't imagine how happy that makes me"
His claws clashed against her sword. Sparks coming to life through the contact and yet he remained strong despite the effect of the hunter's weapon. "Did you know that I once used a weapon such as this on Shizuka. Although she didn't show it, I could tell that she was hurting..." With gained force Rin pushed him away. His hand bleeding from the impact. "But even then, I couldn't make her summit to me" Rin raised her weapon into the air. Blade coated in black. Red eyes glowing. She brought them down swiftly. His blood spilled into the air again. The large gash bleeding and sizzling, he moaned in discomfort. "Hahahah....I can feel you anger rising with every word" He luckily dodged her second attempt, body faltering and becoming numb. "I know what you can do. When I tried to take you, I saw your power. As you slept soundly I tried to steal you away but was met with the wrath of the darkness....I know I can't defeat you not like this"
Rin's movements stopped briefly. Her body faltering. Her body throbbed, the beat of a heart resonating in her. 'What did you do*guh' Blood spilled from her mouth at an alarming rate. "*kugh-you scumb-*kuk" Sinking to her knees as all the strength left her body she continued to vomit blood. "I took my own measures. I knew you might become a thorn later in the future, so I made my preparations early on" Rido crouched in front of her weakened form. "Red suits you quite well..."his fingers trailed along her cheek. Snapping her head upwards she glared at him fiercely, mismatched eyes clashing with one another. "You still have the will to fight. I must commend you for it" Face neared her nape, unbothered by her struggling. "I've taken your powers. It only lasts for a moment and that's all I need...."his mouth opened wide, fangs reflecting the light of the moon.
His eyes widened, a strangled shout leaving his lips. He jumped back hurriedly. His new wound throbbed in intense pain. His flesh darkened, the veins bulging around it.
"Kaname you've finally came out" Her head raised slowly. 'You aren't meant to interfere just yet' Kaname glanced back at her, soft wine-red eyes scanning her body. His eyebrows furrowed, his expression turning much more stoic as he watched her blood pool at her feet. "How could we have predicted this turn of events" 'I already knew....kaasan had felt it....' "We'll speak more of it later, understood" "Hn"
"Get away from her" Zero's sharpened purple eyes glared at him. His hand raised, barrel pointed to Rido. "You've finally arrived vampire hunter, I had to step in since you failed at your job" Kaname taunted him, his glowing crimson eyes boring into Zero. "Shut up" "Mmhahaha, my my isn't this a sight. Shouldn't you be focused on the enemy, what if I decided to take advantage of the vulnerable princess who has been left unguarded by her knights......after all my meal was interrupted" his tongue sensually licked his lips as his hungry gaze focused on Rin. 'I'm not a helpless princess that needs knights to protect her-*kegh*-I'll recover and end you' "Yes you definitely will" ignoring his sarcastic comment Rin slowly stood, hand covering her mouth in attempt to keep herself from vomiting anymore blood. 'Both of you focus-*guegh*-.we have to end this soon'
