Premium Ending part 1

Masamune

"Fine. If you're prepared to face danger head-on, I won't stop you."

I let out the breath I'd been holding.

Mitti

"Thank you, Masamune."

Nobunaga

"Who goes and who stays is of no concern to me, as long as the matter is dealt with."

Mitti

"Thanks, Nobunaga! I'll take that as permission!"

Nobunaga's blessing more of less sealed the deal. I would be heading to the battlefield with Masamune.

(I need to make sure Masamune's arm is in tip top shape before we head out. He's not going anywhere without a medic's approval.)

(I don't want this battle ruining all the progress he's made.)

Masamune passed his physical, and the days whizzed by in a blur. Before I knew it, we were in the field.

I'd remained behind in the Medical tent, helping to treat the endless flood of wounded.

(I didn't think there would be this many casualities. The opposition must be tougher than we thought.)

(I just really, really hope Masamune's wound hasn't opened back up.)

As busied myself applying salves and wrapping bandages, my mind was on the battlefield with Masamune.

(Please come back to me. Memories or no, just come back safe.)

I was tying off my nth bandage when the piercing bang of a gunshot came from just outside the tent.

(Have the enemy gotten this close?!)

I ran outside to find that a clash was brewing right before my eyes.

The reserve soldiers were throwing themselves into battle, fighting desperately to keep the enemy at bay. It was a dogfight.

(How did they get the jump on us here?!)

Another gunshot was accompanied by the galloping of hooves, heading right for the fray.

Masamune

"Reinforcements will be here any moment! Hold the line!"

Men

"On it!" " You got it!" "Glad to see you, my lord!"

(Masamune! He must have realized the enemy had attacked our camp!)

It was amazing how the sight of Masamune calmed my panic immediately.

(I'll leave the fighting to the swordsmen. I need to evacuate the wounded before the enemy reaches our medical tent.)

???

"You. You're Masamune Date's woman, aren't you?"

I had just turned to rush back to the tent when my arm was grabbed with bruising force.

Mitti

"Hey! Let me go!"

Man

"You're coming with me."

(Not again...)

One of the enemy must have slipped through the battle lines, because I suddenly had a blade at my throat.
