All you had to do was pick me- paddy holland pt4

Summary- it's y/n wedding day and she's marrying the boy paddy saw her with. Before she walks down the alter she goes to find her bridesmaid and sees her kissing her fiancé. She goes down to the church to tell everyone the wedding is cancelled. And paddy then stands up and confesses his love.

Paddy's pov

I walk into the wedding venue looking around at all the familiar faces. Her family send me smiles expect her sister that sense me a god awful glare. God if loons could kill. Sam stands next to me as Harry and Tom go and say hello to people. Today she's marrying Dylan O'Brien that guy she went on a date with a long time ago which was the first time I genuinely felt heart broken. Loosing her was enough but then seeing her happy but with someone else stung like hell.

I came here today though because I know she wants this well I think she does and as her best friend I have to support her.

Y/n POV

"So are you excited?" My friend Libby asks me whilst helping me do up my dress.

"Yeah yeah I am" I reassure her and honestly myself. Of course I am marrying Dylan but my feelings for paddy just won't fuck off. But I also have a strong love for Dylan so I know marrying him will fix everything.

"Have you guys talked about kids?" To be honest no. He doesn't want them. He hates the thought of having kids with me says it will take up to much time. But most people know I want them.

"Oh yeah I just I'm not too keen anymore" I shrug with a fake smile and luckily the only person who can see through those is paddy.

"So paddy's here today?" She says and I nod.

"I'm really glad he is" I say and she chuckles.

"Why are you marrying Dylan again?" She teases making me gasp and playfully slap her arm making her laugh.

"Where's Mia?" I ask. See me and Mia actually worked it out and she's been a great friend to me. She helped me through everything. She stopped being a bitch when her friends ditched her. Now she's a better person and I decided to have her as my maid of honour. However I still like to keep a close eye on her.

"You mean your skanky made of honour" she retorts making me giggle.

"Stop you know we are friends now!" I say whisper laughing.

"Let's go find her" she says and we walk around the venue. We hear strange sounds coming from one of the rooms so we open the door. Only to see Mia straddling my fiancé and kissing him passionately. Once Mia sees me she jumps off him.

"Mia I did so much for you I fucking helped you through shit and this is how you repay me"

"What can I say got a thing for hurting you" she chuckles and I start to cry uncontrollably as she walks off. I can't believe I was that gullible for 2 years. Dylan then walks up to me.

"Baby I'm so sorry"

"It's over" I yell before chucking the ring on the floor. I then storm out into the church. Everyone's eyes go wide when they see tears all over my face.

"Wedding off people. He cheated and I can't even believe I trusted him. Just I don't know" I start to cry again and suddenly feel warm arms embrace me. It's the arms of paddy.

"Shhhh baby girl shhhh it's okay" he whispers in my ear making me turn around and face him and he holds me closer.

"I'm so sorry" he whispers and I cry harder.

"It's always Mia" I say and he starts to cry.

"I'm sorry for what I did" he says and I shake my head.

"Y/n I know it's a bad time but I have to say it. Baby I still love you so fucking much" he says and I smile looking up at him.

"I love you too" I say making his eyes go wide as he kisses me. The whole crowd gasps as they see this making me giggle. Everyone then later clears out leaving me and paddy talking with the vicar.

"Hey can you marry us instead" I say to the vicar and he nods. We do the vows and then paddy pulls out the most beautiful diamond ring ever.

"Pads where did you get this"

"I bought it ages ago for us hoping I would need it one day" he says making me cry again. He then places it on my hand.

"You may now kiss the bride" he says and we both giggle before he kisses me and I hold the back of his head.

And that was the most eventful day of my life. Of course me and paddy ended up having 2 kids. Twins in fact. We moved into a lovely cottage and everything was so perfect.
