Idea 8: Scp or Researcher

When Izuku was a kid he went to the quirk doctor only to learn that he will never get a quirk. In another world, he might have gotten a quirk, or have stayed with his goal of being a hero, but not in this one. In this one when his once friend Katsuki Bakugo told him he was "a useless Deku" and could never be a hero, he believed him.

He decided to go a different way in his life and instead of becoming a hero he devotes his life to science. He's surprisingly good at it. By the end of his middle school life had ended he gained college-level education. It's not exactly hard when you don't have any friends and your mother doesn't pay attention to you, though it is made worse when you're being bullied every day. No one knows this though, Izuku'd learned at a young that his teachers made his grades worse on purpose. So he doesn't put in the effort and purposely gets answers wrong so his teachers won't claim his assignments "missing" even when he knows that's not true.

When Izuku gets out of middle school and his teachers are no longer able to affect his test scores he takes a placement test and tests as above college level. This garners the interest of one particular organization. The SCP Foundation. They swoop in fairly quickly and offer him a job at the Foundation. This sparks an old fantasy in him, a fantasy of being a hero. This is how he will be a hero. Not one who protects people from villains, but from dangerous anomalies that threaten existence itself.

Starting off as a junior researcher he quickly makes himself into a senior researcher due to his advanced analysis abilities. He was proud of himself for protecting the world, even if no one else knows about it. Everything was good. Until it wasn't. He was stationed at site 17, the second closest to his home when everything happened. He was moving some files from one place to another when the alarms went off, a unidentified group was attacking the site. He went into the closest room, not checking the SCP designation plate on its side.

Inside he found a young 8-year-old girl on a bed with an anesthetic mask, keeping her in a permanent sleep. He didn't know why she was here though he didn't dare remove the mask. He didn't know if she was a normal human or an SCP, but he wasn't going to risk it. That was until he heard over the radio that it was the Chaos Insurgency and that they were heading his way.

He didn't care if this girl was an SCP or a human anymore. Whoever they were, they were going to be captured or killed by the Chaos Insurgency if he left her there. He removed the mask, picked up the girl, and ran for his life as far away as he could. Sadly he was still just 15 and couldn't outrun multiple fully trained soldiers.

As the Chaos Insurgency gained on him the girl started to wake up. She looked momentarily panicked as the Insurgency backed them both up into a corner. That was until he moved her behind himself, telling her "Don't worry, I'll protect you." He knew this was a lie, but he didn't want the girl to die in fear.

This however sparked something in the girl, something that wouldn't change both her and Izuku's lives. She saw him as her protector, the first person who wasn't at least a little afraid of her, someone she felt was family, someone like a brother. With that thought, the world shifted almost imperceptively, yet massively at the same time.

In a last desperate attempt, Izuku yelled out to the closing in Chaos Insurgency "JUST LEAVE US ALONE!" With those four words, he wiped the entire squad from existence. He turned around to the girl asking "Did you do that?" before looking back at his hand and asking "or did I?"

This is a direct message from the O-5 Council.
Foundation researcher Izuku Midoriya is to be reclassified as an anomalous entity dubbed SCP-239-2 while SCP-239 is to be designated SCP-239-1. SCP-239 pending reclassification to Euclid.

SCP-239 is a pair of anomalous individuals with reality-bending capabilities. Originally it was only SCP-239-1 but during an attack on Site-17 by the Chaos Insurgency Researcher Izuku Midoriya, hereby referred to as SCP-239-2, attempted to hide in SCP-239-1's containment area without any knowledge of the anomaly.

Upon realizing the attacking Chaos Insurgency squad was making their way to SCP-231-1's containment cell he removed SCP-231-1 from her medically induced coma, believing her to be in danger. Sadly SCP-239-2 was unable to escape from the approaching attackers and was backed up into a corner with SCP239-1 on his back, waking up.

SCP-239-2 attempted to calm SCP-239-1. It is at this moment where SCP-239-1 reported in the later interview that she believed him to be her brother. Due to SCP-239-1's anomalous properties, she changed reality to make it so SCP-239-2 was indeed her brother. This included giving an as of yet perfect replica of SCP-239-1's anomalous abilities in SCP-239-2's control as well as SCP-239-1 copying SCP-239-2's notable green hair and eyes.

SCP-239-2 then proceeded to shout at the approaching Chaos Insurgency telling them to "JUST LEAVE US ALONE!" This resulted in the entire squad being wiped from existence. In the time before an MTF squad could get onsite and contain the situation SCP-239-2 was able to access the data file on SCP-239-1 and experiment minorly with his abilities. Sharing his findings with SCP-239-1.

After the attack SCP-239-2 became very protective of SCP-239-1 and told the MTF squad that he would only talk to someone of level 4 clearance or higher. During the time it took for the designated site director to get on-site it was reported that no changes, in reality, were reported which is highly irregular behavior for SCP-239-1 due to her hyperactive imagination.

It was later discovered that SCP-239-1 was, in fact, exhibiting changes in reality but that SCP-239-2 was fixing it so that SCP-239-1's alterations never happened. After this was relayed to the O5 it was discussed and agreed that SCP-239-2 would be able to continue his work for the foundation and would gain custody of SCP-239-1 under the pretense that he teaches her how to control her anomalous abilities.

Addendum-1
An unknown anomaly has appeared in the hero school UA, known by the Foundation as Containment Area-N run by a quirked animal further known as SCP-
█████ otherwise known as Nedzu. An unknown anomalous entity with multiple quirks appeared in a villain attack. This entity has been captured by the foundation and is currently undergoing study under the designation SCP-████. It is believed that it was created by [DATA REDACTED] and was given to Tomura Shigaraki for one reason or another.

It is currently being discussed having SCP-239-2 attend UA as a spy to help find any more instances of SCP-████ and possibly [DATA REDACTED]. Adult individuals haven't been accepted into UA staff for not having a hero license or credible sources for the individual's achievements. SCP-239-2 is the optimal age to attend school as a student in the same class that was previously attacked. This may prove difficult however due to SCP-239-1's dependence on SCP-239-2, but seeing as SCP-239-2 is one of the only foundation personnel that is young enough to have him transferring into UA as a cover story he is one of the few options we have.

Quirk: none (Reality bending)

Ship: Melissa
I'd imagine she'd be a fellow researcher or at least someone who the SCP foundation had its eyes on. They'd have a common interest in science.
