I was in my room getting ready for the prom with my mum helping me
Mum: Are you okay, sweetie?
Y/N: I think so, I just don't know what to do, is Jake really worth it?
Mum: Sweetie, since you've been with that boy, I have never seen you so happy, and I have never seen you have so much fun, yes, he may have done something stupid, but he is worth it
Y/N: Thanks mum
Mum: Now cheer up, you have a prom to go to
At the prom I couldn't stop looking over to Jake
Unlucky for me I ended up at the same table as Austin
Austin: When I was a freshman, I threw 176 touchdown passes, my sophomore year, I ran 14 in on my own with a sprained ankle, a broken phalange, a ruptured duodenum, and a subdermal hematoma
Y/N: Do you ever shut up? I'm going to find someone to dance with
Austin: I'll dance with you, only if we're horizontal

I picked up the courage and walked over to Jake

Y/N: Jake, I'm leaving for college tomorrow
Jake: Well, where are you going, I'll go with you
Y/N: Jake, I'm going to Princeton, you said you didn't want to go there
Jake: I would go there for you

Principal: I don't believe it, it's a tie

Jake: Congrats girls, but can I dance with my girlfriend now?

Jake came up to me and pulled me onto the dance floor
