The previous night was the best night I've had in my entire life. Luke set the most amazing dinner, and I seemed to forget anything that was stressing out my mind. But that was last night. Today was the boys first ever concert of their new world tour. And I, for the first time, would not be watching in the audience as an ordinary fan. I'll be watching from the wings, as the lead singers girlfriend.

I was sitting on the bright white sheets of the hotel bed, with my legs crossed. Luke was next to me, and Michael and Ashton were sitting on the bed across from us. As for Calum, he was sitting on a nearby chair, for there wasn't any more room, and none of the boys would give up their space for him. Calum had ordered room service for everyone, so we were all eating breakfast and discussing the day we had ahead of us.
"You guys excited for tonight?" I started the conversation.
"Eh," Luke started, "They're all the same pretty much."
"But this is the first one what if we screw up and ruin our career?" Ashton complained.
"Ashton," Calum started.
"Yeah?" Ashton replied.
"Sh." Calum said while putting a finger to his lips, causing us to giggle.
"I just hope we don't get stuff thrown at us this time," Michael stated, "the last show we did I got hit with a sock monkey that had someone's Twitter username on it."
"And?" I laughed.
"I blocked them."
"Why?" Luke questioned.
"Because they threw a sock monkey at me!" he sarcastically yelled.
"Michael, you are YELLING." Ashton corrected him, as Michael playfully rolled his eyes.

Before the Show

I could tell how nervous Luke was. His hands were shaking slightly, and he was breathing heavily before he was about to go on stage.
I managed to find Michael.
"Hey, what the hell is wrong with Luke? Is he always like this?" I asked.
"No, he's usually fine. He's probably just nervous performing in front of you for the first time. I guess it's kinda cute. Slightly annoying." Michael replied.
"Why is he nervous?"
"I don't know, he really likes you and doesn't want to screw up."

I walked over to Luke, who was pacing back in forth with his guitar hung over his broad shoulder.
"Hey, calm down." I said.
"Can't." he replied in a faint voice, and continued pacing.
"Come on," I started. The monitor above signaled five minutes until the boys had to go on. I grabbed his shoulders with both of my hands, and looked him in the eye with a smile,
"You're going to do great. You always do." I encouraged him.
"Thanks. Okay. I got this."
"Yes you do." I laughed.

He walked through a transparent curtain onto the big stage. Once he stopped at his microphone stand, he took a deep breath. Shortly after, the lights came up, revealing the boys to the fans, and immediately all I heard was several thousand teenage girls screaming at the top of their lungs as sparks went up with the sound of the first guitar string.

The opening song was End Up Here. The boys played through the song flawlessly, and I sang along and danced the whole time from backstage. After Luke hit the last note of the song, he looked back at me and smiled.
