Sammy's POV~

"Hey, Sammy", Bart said from behind me.

"Yeah?", I asked.

"Do you mind singing tonight? It would have to be just you because we're low on mics, but the fans would love for you to sing", he asked.

"Um, sure. Does it matter what song I sing?", I asked.

"No, it's your choice", he said.

"Okay, I'll sing", I said.

"Great! Thank you so much!", he exclaimed.

"No problem", I said.

"What song are you gonna sing?", Tyler asked me once Bart left.

"I don't know", I said.

"Ladies and gentle, put your hands together for Daniel Skye!", someone exclaimed on stage.

I couldn't see anything because I wasn't standing where I can get a view of anything.

"Hey guys, I'm Daniel Skye and I'm gonna sing "Hey There Delilah" by the Plain White T's. I'm singing it for my friend, Sam. She lives in New York now, but I want her to know, if she sees this, that I'm sorry", Daniel says. It reminds me of Danny and what I imagined him saying. Daniel sounded a lot like Danny. Daniel started singing and my jaw dropped to the floor. I got up and walked to the side of the stage. I looked over to see Danny, or I guess Daniel, on the stage singing.

Hey there Delilah

What's it like in New York City?

I'm a thousand miles away

But girl, tonight you look so pretty

Yes you do

Times Square can't shine as bright as you

I swear it's true

Hey there Delilah

Don't you worry about the distance

I'm right there if you get lonely

Give this song another listen

Close your eyes

Listen to my voice, it's my disguise

I'm by your side

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

What you do to me

Hey there Delilah

I know times are getting hard

But just believe me, girl

Someday I'll pay the bills with this guitar

We'll have it good

We'll have the life we knew we would

My word is good

Hey there Delilah

I've got so much left to say

If every simple song I wrote to you

Would take your breath away

I'd write it all

Even more in love with me you'd fall

We'd have it all

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

A thousand miles seems pretty far

But they've got planes and trains and cars

I'd walk to you if I had no other way

Our friends would all make fun of us

and we'll just laugh along because we know

That none of them have felt this way

Delilah I can promise you

That by the time we get through

The world will never ever be the same

And you're to blame

Hey there Delilah

You be good and don't you miss me

Two more years and you'll be done with school

And I'll be making history like I do

You'll know it's all because of you

We can do whatever we want to

Hey there Delilah here's to you

This one's for you

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

Oh it's what you do to me

What you do to me.

He sang a few more songs and then exited off the stage.

"SAMMY!", everyone was yelling while Kenny and Tyler were waving their hands in my face.

"What?", I asked.

"Are you okay? You totally zoned out with your mouth hanging open", Taylor said.

"Y-yeah I'm fine it's just that...", I started to say.

"It's just what?", Gilinsky asked.

"It's, um...", I started saying again, but I couldn't say it, it just hurt too much.

"Sam?", Daniel asked.
