Chapter 21: Kenny and Sammy, Cousins?!

Sammy's POV~

"Your what?", I asked.

"My niece", she said.

"Mom, Sammy's your niece?", Kenny asked looking as confused as I felt.

"Yes, making her your cousin", she told him.

"What do you mean? I've only one aunt I haven't met yet, she ran off because-", I started but was cut off by my new aunt.

"My parents, your grandparents, didn't approve of Kenny's father, your uncle, but they love him now", she finished.

"I-I have to sit down", I said. I tried making it to the couch, but everything went black and that's all I can remember.

~Later~

I opened my eyes and saw the ceiling. I slowly sat up and looked around. I was in a hospital.

Kenny's POV~

"Samantha Jones?", the doctor asked.

We all stood up. We had to cancel the show, but would extend it a day and anyone who was at this show would get in for free.

"She blacked out. We're not for sure on why, but we're guessing it was stress. Are there any immediate family members here?", he asked.

"I'm her aunt and this is her cousin", mom said.

"You guys can see her first and then the rest of you", he said.

My mom and I walked to her room.

"Hey guys", Sammy said.

I rushed to her and gave her a huge hug.

"You're okay", I breathed out.

"Yeah", she said.

My mom and I sat down in chairs next to Sammy's bed.

"When we were in high school, your mom did this a lot, blacking out that is. She was always so stressed with school work", mom said.

Sammy's POV~

We talked for a while. We caught up over the major things I had missed.

"The others are here too", Kenny said.

"Do you think I can go out there and see them?", I asked.

"The doctor said that would be okay", my aunt said.

I got out of the bed slowly. I was pretty weak and just a little bit dizzy. Kenny and my aunt, Aunt Lucy (I have no idea what her name is, so I made this one up), helped me walk a little. When we reached the waiting room, I saw Daniel pacing around and running his hands through his hair.

"Bro, are you okay?", Nash asked.

"Not really, she's my best friend, I need her in my life", he said.

We entered the room. Daniel saw me and so much relief washed over his body it was crazy. He rushed towards me and hugged me like it was our last hug ever.

"I'm so glad you're okay", he said.

I hugged him back.

"I am too", I told him.

The others came and gave me hugs too.

We sat and talked for a while. The doctors finally gave me an okay to go back to the hotel.

Mahogany's POV~

Sammy was in the other room getting ready for bed because she was really tired.
