I was still in bed when I felt my phone vibrate at ten in the morning. It was a message from Robin.

Just letting you know that your hunch was right. Raven is OK but barely came home.

Thank God! Now y'all can finally sleep. Has she said anything about what happened?

We had all camped out in the living room through the night to wait for her. But Liam and I have to go to work today because there's an important client. So everyone followed us to the front door in the morning, and then Raven came in. Brutus was there too, and the first thing she did was basically say what the hell Brutus was doing there. I was confused as to why she would say that. And then she started to say something else, but Brutus put his hand on her mouth. Wtf?

My little sister *insert proud face here* slapped him really hard. REALLY hard. She took off her engagement ring and threw it at Brutus and went upstairs. A very dramatic exit if I may say; she reads too many books.

If it wasn't evident, I very much disliked Brutus. I still do actually, but what he does doesn't faze me.

I'm seeing a very different side of you lately. You're kind of malicious. Anyways... Surprisingly we didn't even touch him. Maybe it was because we were tired, but we simply told him that it would be best if he left. And he did, without a word. Liam is driving us to work right now. Raven messaged me a few minutes ago and told me she was coming, so we'll be expecting her at work. But she didn't say anything else.

Well I'm very proud of her for going to work even though she probably had a rough night. You know what I'm thinking? That Brutus cheated on her. Just a guess.

You're probably right. I mean you've been right before so... I'll see if she tells me anything later. I will talk to you later.
I could bet on it that Brutus cheated on Raven. He was that type. I never liked him or trusted him, and I believe my gut feeling. I just felt sorry for Raven because she was a good person at heart.
