PART 30

Chaeyoung's routine every weekday morning is to turn off her alarm, greet her unnies and eat breakfast with them, wash the dishes then prepare for school. Every day is always like that. Except this morning, she did her morning routine with enthusiasm.

"I'll get going now, unnies!" She said before leaving their house.

She then pulled out her phone to send Mina a text but got startled when she sees the latter standing outside their house.

"Morning, Chaengie." Mina greeted. She then handed Chaeyoung a strawberry milk she bought from the nearby convenient store. "Here."

"Mina-unnie?" Chaeyoung asked, the fact that Mina is standing in front of her still haven't sank in.

"Yah! Stop calling me unnie." Mina protested. "It's sounds weird now that we're dating."

"Yeah, it does sounds weird." Chaeyoung laughed. "But why are you here?"

"Why not? I want to go to school with you." Mina answered.

Chaeyoung looked around and didn't see Mina's car. "Did you walk down here, Minari?"

Mina nodded then started walking.

"What? Why?" Chaeyoung asked, following Mina.

"I just want to. Besides we're literally just 2 blocks away." Mina answered.

"Why didn't you texted me? I would've invited you inside for breakfast." Chaeyoung said.

Mina then stopped at her trance and looked at the younger girl and laughed. "Chaeng.. Why do you have a lot of questions? Can't you just greet me good morning?"

"I needed some morning fresh air as well that's why." Mina added, she then wrapped her arms around Chaeyoung's left arm. "Let's go."

The younger girl just smiled at how clingy and comfortable Mina became towards her which ofcourse she don't mind at all. They both walked to the bus stop and is currently waiting for the bus to arrive.

"Mina? Chaeyoung?" Someone asked while the two are still waiting on the shed, making Mina and Chaeyoung pulled away from each other.

"Yah! Too late. We already saw you two holding each other's hands." Nayeon said. "Come on do it again."

Mina and Chaeyoung just laughed.

"Are you okay, unnie? Did you take your prescriptions? You're hallucinating." Chaeyoung teased earning a hit from the older girl.

"Yah! Don't lie! I just saw it." Nayeon defended.

Jeongyeon laughed then put her arm around her girlfriend's shoulders. "Come on, Nabong. Let them be."

"But-" Nayeon protested but then the bus arrived and Chaeyoung stuck her tongue out to annoy her Nayeon.

"Shh. Let's go." Jeongyeon laughed as she drags her girlfriend inside.

Mina nudged Chaeyoung playfully. "You're so mean."

"Me? No I'm not." Chaeyoung smirked, she then held Mina's hand and they followed the older girls inside the bus.

Not long enough, they all arrived at their university and big thanks to Jeongyeon, Nayeon stopped nagging Mina and Chaeyoung.

"I'll see you later." Mina smiled as she squeezed Chaeyoung's hand.

"See you." Chaeyoung smiled. She then wait for Mina to enter her room before she began walking with Nayeon and Jeongyeon to their classroom.

Their classes went by as usual and Chaeyoung is now lining up in the cafeteria with Dahyun and Tzuyu.

"Chaeyoung-ah. I thought you have your lunch packed? Why are you still lining up here?" Dahyun asked while standing behind Chaeyoung.

"It's not for her, unnie." Tzuyu said bluntly.

Chaeyoung smiled to herself by what Tzuyu said. She's really impressed how the tall girl is always observant.

"Then for who?" Dahyun asked, still confused.

"For her girl friend." Tzuyu said.

"FOR HER WHAT?" Dahyun asked with full exaggeration. She then put her hand to Chaeyoung's shoulder. "You have a girlfriend??"

Chaeyoung just laughed. "Yah! Tzuyu-ah! Stop messing with Dahyunie."

"Okay. Whatever you say." Tzuyu laughed.

Dahyun is now wearing a more confused face. It's not like Mina and Chaeyoung wants to hide that they're dating. They're just taking it slow when it comes to telling it to their friends. They've decided to let their friends get used to see them being together first before spilling the tea.

They all went back to their table after getting their food where they joined their friends.

"Where's Mitang?" Sana asked.

"She said don't wait for her. I believe she's talking with someone from a modeling agency over the phone." Jihyo answered.

"Woah. Will she accept it? It's almost exam week." Jeongyeon asked.

"She can handle that. She'd done it before, she even aced the exam." Momo said munching her food.

"Is there anything she can't do?" Nayeon asked.

"Yeah. Chaeyoung." Momo said, making all of them choked.

"Yah! Momoring!" Sana laughed.

"You're not so sure about that." Tzuyu added, making her unnies laughed harder.

Hearing what Tzuyu said, Chaeyoung almost spit the food she's eating.

"What? She even serenade Chaeyoung during the event." Momo said. "It's obvious."

"What's obvious?" Mina asked while sitting on beside Chaeyoung.

They all saw how Chaeyoung moved the tray of food she bought to Mina's side.

"Thanks, Chaeng." Mina smiled while she leaned in for a second on Chaeyoung's shoulder and eat the sandwich.

"Aish! See? Why don't you guys date already?!" Momo asked.

It's Mina's turn now to choke on her food.

"Oh my God! So Mina is Chaeyoung's girlfriend you're talking about a while ago, Tzuyu?" Dahyun asked and Tzuyu shrugged her shoulder with a smirk on her face.

"What?" Mina asked looking at Dahyun. Then her gaze went to Chaeyoung. "Are we girlfriends?"

Chaeyoung looked surprised by Mina's question. "I- I don't know.. Are we?"

Mina swallow the gulped in her throat. "Do you want me to be?"

Their friends are now silently watching them, as if they're watching a thrilling but at the same time romantic movie.

"I want you to be my girlfriend, Minari." Chaeyoung answered. "Do you want to mine?"

Mina smiled widely while biting her lower lip. "Ofcourse, Chaeng. I want to be your girlfriend."

They were both smiling as they stare at each other and forgetting they're not alone in their table. And even though this is not how they expected their friends to know about them, they're happy they did it this way.

Nayeon slammed the metal tray on their table, bringing Chaeyoung and Mina back to their reality as the oldest girl exclaimed excitedly.

"Finally!"
