The light from the sun seeped into my room. I rubbed the sleep off my eyes and turned off the alarm clock on my night stand. Yesterday was full of emotions. Emotions I don't have plan on dealing with today.
I heard my phone that I don't even know is placed under my pillow buzzed. And I saw Sana-chan's message telling she missed me already. Clingy. Then I remember how bad she wants to know about the smoothie I bought for Chaeyoung. Annoying. But I love Sana-chan nonetheless. She's like an older sister to me, even if she tries to hide her concern, it always find its way to be seen.
"Ms. Mina?" I heard Mrs. Park knocking on my door.
"Come in." I answered. "Good morning Mrs. Park."
"Good morning, Ms. Mina." she smiled. "I'm glad you're already awake, your dad's asking for you at the dining room."
"This early?" I asked surprised. "Did he say what for?"
"Oh, I'm afraid no. But I think he wants you to meet his new lawyer. She's with him downstairs." She answered.
"I'll be there in a sec." I responded. Mrs. Park closed the door behind and I went straight to my bathroom to atleast brush my teeth and wash my face before going the downstairs to meet my dad's new lawyer. Did Mrs. Park said she's a she? The last time I check, my dad's lawyer was an old man.
I went to the dining area and the smell of coffee surrounded the area, I greeted my dad with a smile then looked at the woman standing across my dad. She seems to be talking with somebody on her phone with her back facing us. She's wearing a black pants and I swear she's wearing a black waistcoat and white polo below her dirty white blazer. Classy. She have good fashion sense, I'll give her that.
"I'm really sorry I have to answer that." The woman said, turning around to face us.
Good thing I'm not holding anything or else there I would have dropped it. "Eh? Seulgi-unnie?"

"Mina-ya???" She looked just as surprised as I am but prettier.
"Oh. You both know each other already?" My dad asked. "Mina this is my new lawyer, Attorney Kang."
"Seulgi-unnie?" I repeated, just in case I'm just hallucinating.
"Yah! Mina-ya?" Seulgi-unnie repeated, maybe thinking the same thing I'm thinking.
"Why don't you both take seat so we can eat our breakfast?" My dad who we completely forgot said.
We both laughed at the realization that we're both really standing in front of each other, in flesh. What a small world.
"We both know each other, dad. Seulgi-unnie helped me.. with some things." I smiled sitting on chair beside my father.
"Yeah, and my girlfriend's cousin is her.. Friend." Seulgi-unnie added.
