I feel like I a bout to cry. So to stop my sob sesh' I open it. The most beautiful diamond necklace I have ever seen. It's a little chain and a diamond love heart in the centre of it.
I look over at Taylor driving, he catches me staring so he looks to me. I smile the biggest smile I've had for years. And I lip to him "thank you" before I start getting tears in my eyes. He pulls me over to him and I place my head on his chest. As I block out the world around me, I close my eyes and just listen it the sound of his heart. Then I look up at him and kiss him on the cheek. The rest if the way to school is silent but it's a good silence, like happy silence.
(A few moments later).
We arrive at school and he parks the car. I'm still holding the necklace in my hand. The biggest grin on my face. As I get out of the car, I run to Taylor's side of the car.
"You haven't told me if you like it yet?" He laughs.
"I think you know the answer to that!!" He holds his hand out, for me to put the necklace in.
