"Hey, baby cakes! Was that Louis?" He asks me. Should I lie? Or just tell him it was Louis?
"Yeah it was Louis, he came to get his phone. He ahh? Let it in my school bag after he put it in there yesterday!" I try to say as convincingly as possible.
"Oh ok!" Taylor says in a happier tone. "Let's ride!"
I get in the car and it smells like his cologne. "So what is Louis to you, relationship wise? Are you two a 'thing'?" Taylor sounds kinda jealous and I feel bad for how flattered I am.
"No, no we're not. We're just friends!" I say trying not to go red, as I know, that he is SO into me.
"So I, I got you something, you might not like it, but I just thought it would look so pretty on you!" He says blushing in embarrassment.
"Ohkaaaayy!" I say more flattered now. "Show me???"
He pulls out a little square box about the same size as iPhone case. And passes it to me. "Before you open it?" He begins. "I just want to let you know, it was my mothers and before she died she told me to give it to 'the one, who makes me feel like I belong, the one who I can be myself around'! And I think I found her. I mean... I know I found her! And... It's you!"
