"Please come back, it's not what it looks like!" My Soc boyfriend yelled after me as I ran out of his house, I didn’t shed a single tear for that bastard. I ran all the way to the Curtis house and almost banged down the door with my furious knocking. The door was opened by a confused looking Darry. "Y/n, are you okay?" I stormed in the house and fell onto the couch, with my arms crossed. "No Darrel, I am not O K A Y!"
"What happened? Are you hurt?"
"I was just over at my boyfrien-"
"If he tried something, I swear I'm going to kill that son of a bitch," he muttered underneath his breath.
"Well he said he was sick, so I decided to bring him some muffins to make him feel better and I caught him cheating on me... with Cherry."
"Oh y/n, I am so sorry," he put his strong, comforting arms around me. "It'll be okay, you've still got us, we'll take good care of you and if he so much as looks in your direction, he won't even make it to lunchtime."
"Thank you Darry, I don’t know what I would do without you."
"No problem y/n, and if you need a place to stay, you are always welcome here."
"Would that really be okay?"
"Sure it is, you can take my bed and I'll take the couch."
"Thanks Darry, I owe you one." He gave me a cheesy smile I loved so much, my heart swelled.
"Well you better get some rest now, you've got work in the morning."
"Night Darry, and thanks again."
"No problem kiddo, sleep tight."

I climbed into Darry's bed, not quite believing I was about to sleep in his bed, even if he wasn't with me this was still incredible.
*1 hour later*
I groaned and checked the clock on Darry's bedside table: 11:43 it glowed, I couldn't sleep, no matter how hard I tried, so I got up and grabbed a glass of water. I stood in the dark kitchen, lost in my trail of thoughts. What was I going to do? If Darry got sick of me staying here and kicked me out, I would have no where to go. My Dad died when I was 6, I barely remember him, and my Mum kicked me out last year, for no apparent reason, that's why I was staying with my boyfriend. I had a job, but I didn't earn anywhere near enough money to buy a house, or even pay rent for that matter. I snapped out of my thoughts when the lights flickered on and I saw a shirtless Darry standing infront of me. Wow! It just got really hot in here, I thought. "Oh s-sorry, I didn’t know you were up, I just couldn't fall asleep" He stuttered.
"No it's alright, I couldn't sleep either." We stood there in an akward silence for what seemed like hours, but in reality was probably only a few minutes, before I spoke up "I'm gonna go back to bed, I'll see you in the morning."
"Y/n, wait! I've wanted to say this for quite a while now, but never seemed to have the courage to say it and I'm sorry if this makes things weird between us, but this needs to be said." He took a deep breath, before continuing. "Y/n I really like you, as more than a friend. If you don’t like me the same way than that's fine-" I shut him up by pressing my lips to his. "I like you as a lot more than a friend Darry." He gave me that cheesy smile I loved so much, my heart swelled. I had felt this way about Darry for such a long time, it feels as though a huge weight was just lifted off my shoulders, now that I knew he felt the same way.
"Be my girl?" He asked
"Of course, Darry!" I replied excitedly. I gave him a small peck on the lips, whispering: "goodnight Darry." And heading to bed, this time I fell asleep almost straight away, dreaming of my future with Darry.
