When Isabelle returned to Hogwarts after the Easter break, she made sure to tell Dumbledore about her nightmares that appeared to take place at Hogwarts. Their conversation wasn't long, as all Dumbledore did was thank her for telling him what she had seen and tell her not to worry herself over it entirely, as Hogwarts was "the safest place on Earth". Her meeting with Dumbledore didn't make her feel that much better, though, since she was sure something was coming, but he seemed to not be nearly as worried about it and had his mind on other things that Isabelle would not learn about until later.

After that, it was a Tuesday, nearly the end of April, when Harry came to visit Isabelle in her office after they were both finished with classes for the day.

"So, as much as I appreciate your visits, Harry, I know it's usually for a reason," Isabelle said, looking over at Harry from where she sat in the chair and he stayed on the spare bed. "Go ahead and get whatever it is out."

Harry let out a sigh before telling Isabelle all about the day before, how he and Dumbledore had been looking at memories that could help them against Voldemort and how he used Horcruxes to split his soul.

"Wait, you looked into his memories?" Isabelle asked.

Harry nodded. "That's what my meetings with Dumbledore have been for."

"So what does he expect you to do?"

"Because of the prophecy, it only ends if either I kill Voldemort, or he kills me," Harry said. "And I know what you're going to say, the whole 'I'm just a kid' thing isn't very helpful."

"I wasn't going to say that, Harry," Isabelle said. "I was going to say that I know I can never understand how much of a burden all of this is to carry, but if you need anything, you always know that I'm here for you."

"Thanks, Iz, really," Harry said.

"Have you told Ron and Hermione about it?" she asked.

"I did this morning, in Charms," he said. "They weren't that concerned, though, I think. It's not surprising at this point. They were actually more concerned about Ron."

"What's happened to Ron?"

"He and Lavender apparently broke up last night," Harry said with a small smile on his face.

"Oh," Isabelle said, trying her best to keep her own expression neutral. "How did that happen? I thought she would never let him go."

"Apparently she saw him and Hermione alone together, I was there, too, but she couldn't see me, and they got into a fight over it until they decided to split," Harry explained.

"Well, probably for the better, then," Isabelle said, and Harry nodded in agreement. "All they've done recently is fight."

"Yeah. I heard Ginny and Dean broke up, too," Harry said, still smiling. "Hermione said they've been rocky for a while, but last night he was trying to help her through the portrait hole, and you know how Ginny is with people thinking she's helpless, and they just kinda blew up."

"Ginny told me not long ago that she wanted to break up with him," Isabelle said. "That's good for you."

Harry turned a little pink at her statement. He had confided in her a while ago about how he thought he may have been starting to have feelings for Ginny, but he was conflicted.

"I can't date Ginny, Iz," Harry said.

"Why not? You like her, her family loves you, and I think she's always had feelings for you," Isabelle said.
