Haseena's Insecurities

Sonakshi saw a pistol kept on the desk beside her, she took it, pointed it on her head and immediately pressed the trigger.

But there was only sound of a click. Sonakshi first looked at the gun and then at Haseena.

Haseena who was standing with the support of thr bench, silent, stood properly and came in front of Sonakshi.

"Ji yeh khali hai" Haseena said grimly as she took the pistol from her hand, she kept it on the table which she was taking support of and sighed.

Pushpa ji pulled the chair out which was attached to the desk, "beta, yahaan pe baitho" Pushpa said and Sonakshi sat there.

"Sonakshi tum itni kamzor ho?" Haseena asked coldly to which Sonakshi didn't had any answer.

Haseena punched her fist on the table and everything present on upon it jumped up. This shook the mpt members as they witnessed this side of their senior for the first time.

"Jawab do humein!!! Kya tum itni kamzor ho ki khud ki jaan lene pe utar aayi" Haseena yelled as a tear rushed down to her cheek from her right eye.

Sonakshi closed her eyes, not able to face Haseena. She wanted the earth to swallow her.

Haseena however composed herself
"Sonakshi tum yahaan se jao, hum baadmein bulate hai" Haseena said and left to the cabin.

"Chinta mat kro, sab theek ho jayega" Pushpa ji gave Sonakshi assurance who was sitting on the chair with tears in her eyes. She got up and immediately left the thana without making eye contact with any of them.

"Yeh toh bahut glt kiya inhone" Santosh said in disbelief

"Sahi keh rhi hai Santu ji" Cheeta seconded in the same tone

"Jai hind Maddam" The mpt members saluted as Karishma entered

"Jai hind. Pushpa ji, yeh file headquarter se leke aaye hain. Maddam sir ko deni hai kidhar hai voh?" Karishma asked

"Maddam voh apne cabin mein hi hain" Pushpa ji said gloomily still disturbed by the previous incident and this didn't go unnoticed by Karishma.

"Ka hua? Aap sab ka chehra latak ke zameen tak kyoon aarha hai?" Karishma asked worried.

"Maddam voh...." Santosh narrated the whole incident to Karishma and now she understood that her Hasu will is too upset.

"Toh hamari gairhaziri mein yeh sab ho gya" She said worried

"Maddam aap jaiye na unko dekhiye please. Voh kabse cabin mein hi hai akele" Santosh said and Karishma nodded. Karishma made a call before she went to the cabin

Karishma stood at the entrance of the cabin and saw Haseena was holding her head in her palms and massaging her temples. The scene of one of her closet friend trying to commit suicide was continuously flashing in her mind. What if the gun did had bullets? What if she would actually shot herself?, all these 'what if' thoughts clouded her mind making her go crazy.

"Jai hind maddam" Karishma saluted grabbing Haseena's attention

"Jai hind, Karishma Singh. Aaiye andar aaiye" Haseena said composing herself

Karishma came in and stood before her desk.

"Voh maddam hum headquarters gye the aur dsp sir ne apko bulaya hai" Karishma said

"Ji, kab?" Haseena asked

"2 ghante mein, aur saath saath humein bhi bulaya hai" Karishma completed
