Later that night, Hongjoong decided to go for a walk. He needed to clear his head and being at home wasn't helping. So he walked through the streets, a hoodie covering his face enough that no one saw his eyes.
He kept walking before he passed a empty street. Hongjoong turned into it. There were no houses, no shops open, no one. It was empty. He smiled to himself as he walked alone before he froze. Hongjoong wasn't alone like he thought.
Hongjoong saw someone up ahead, on the ground as blood flowed down his arm.
"Shit"... he muttered. His body took control of itself as he moved closer to the person. It was a young male, around his age.
"A-are you ok"? He asked. The male looked up at him.
"Yeah I'm fine. Just get lost".
"I was just asking".
"Well, I don't need help so go away". Hongjoong didn't listen to him. He grabbed the boy's arm, the blood running onto his hand. He looked at it before looking at the boy.
"Let me go. I don't need help". But Hongjoong didn't move.
"I said let me go". Hongjoong looked at him before he pulled the boy closer and covered his mouth.
"I wouldn't scream if I were you", Hongjoong whispered before exposing the boy's neck before biting down. The boy squirmed in his arms, trying to escape. But Hongjoong kept his grip on him. After a bit, the boy fell limp and Hongjoong let him drop. He wiped the blood off his hand before he heard someone behind him. He turned and came face to face with Seonghwa.
"J-Joong"... Seonghwa whispered, his eyes wide.
"What are you doing here Seonghwa"? Hongjoong asked. Seonghwa looked hurt at Hongjoong just calling him his actual name instead of the nickname he was used to.
"What did you do"?
"Why do you care? You wished you never met me".
"I wasn't thinking clearly! I'm sorry. I didn't mean anything I said. Please, come back to me. Please"...
"I made up my mind. You can't change it. So leave me alone". Hongjoong turned and began walking away before Seonghwa grabbed his arm.
"Don't turn away from me".
"Don't touch me"! Hongjoong growled, ripping his arm from Seonghwa's grip and glared at him. Seonghwa moved back.
"You made it clear you wanted things to be how they were before I met you. So leave me alone". Hongjoong turned away and ran off down the street.
"Joong"! Seonghwa called after him but Hongjoong didn't stop. He couldn't. Until something hit the side of his neck. He slowed and pulled it out to see it was a dart. It had a small drop of purple liquid and his eyesight got blurry.
"W-what the"... he whispered before he fell to the ground as he passed out.
