Hongjoong ran through the forest before jumping up into a tree, sitting down on the branch.
"I-I killed my father"... he muttered to himself. Yes, Hongjoong had hated the man, but he never thought he'd kill him that way.
"Joong"? Hongjoong heard. He looked down, seeing San walking through forest as he called out his name.
"Joong, where are you"? San called. Hongjoong sighed.
"Look up San", Hongjoong called. San looked up at him before jumping up into the tree, joining him as he sat down on the branch.
"You ok"?
"I killed my father. What do you think"?
"Didn't he treat you like shit"?
"He was still my father. I-I didn't want to kill him that way"...
"We all do things we never wanted to do", San spoke. Hongjoong sighed.
"Why didn't Hwa come after me"? He asked.
"He's kinda down. You ran off and he felt like this was his fault". Hongjoong looked at San.
"H-he thinks me killing my father is his fault"? San nodded.
"You may wanna talk to him". Hongjoong nodded and jumped down before making his way back to the house.
"Hwa"? He called as he entered the house.
"Hwa? Where are you"? Hongjoong made his way up to the bedroom and found Seonghwa on the bed, looking out the window.
"Hwa"? He didn't answer or even look at him.
"Hwa, come on. Talk to me. What's going on"?
"Y-you killed your father", Seonghwa whispered.
"That was my choice. A pretty stupid choice. But I couldn't stop myself. San told me your blaming yourself". Seonghwa looked at him but said nothing.
"Stop blaming yourself please? It was my choice". Seonghwa looked away.
"We never should've met", he muttered. Hongjoong stared at him, eyes wide.
"D-don't say that"!
"It's true"! Seonghwa shouted. Hongjoong's eyes filled with tears.
"Why would say that"? He asked, trying his hardest to stop his voice from cracking.
"If we hadn't met or if I didn't expose myself to you, we wouldn't be in this situation". Hongjoong just stared at him in shock. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"I-I can't believe this... after everything we've gone through, you act like this"!? Hongjoong shouted, letting his tears fall. Seonghwa didn't answer him. Hongjoong shook his head.
"Fine. If that's how you feel now, thanks for fucking letting me know your nothing but shit", Hongjoong spat before exiting the room. He couldn't believe Seonghwa. After everything for the past few years, Hongjoong couldn't believe he wished nothing had happened. He walked outside and saw the others. Keonhee saw Hongjoong and walked over to him.
"Joong, are you ok"?
"I-I'm leaving. I can't... I be here anymore. Seonghwa's made that pretty clear he doesn't want anything to do with me anymore". The others heard him and walked over.
"Wait, your leaving"? Yeosang asked.
"Seonghwa wishes we never met. So... I'm making his wish come true. I leaving. And I won't come back".
"Where will you go though"? Jongho asked as he held onto Yeosang's hand.
"I've been paying the rent and electricity for my house since I turned. I'll stay there again". Keonhee went to say something but Hongjoong just shook his head.
"Don't try and talk me out of this. Seonghwa's made up his mind. So I'm leaving". Keonhee sighed before hugging Hongjoong tight.
"Be safe then Joong. Don't think I won't visit. We all will". Hongjoong smiled as they pulled away.
"See you later then". Hongjoong took off running through the forest. It didn't take him long to arrive at his house. Hongjoong grabbed the key from under a plant and unlocked the house and walked into. He was home now. His proper home.
