Jimin bowed to the older man standing in front of him. “Pleasant meeting you again Head Alpha” the Alpha bowed back courteously. Escorting him inside his house. For a fact he knew Jimin visiting him meant he needed something from him.

“How can I help you Jimin?” Offering him a cup of tea he questioned taking a seat opposite him.

“Tell me everything about Kim Y/N. I'm sure you didn't just let her go like that after she insulted you the other day in the pack meeting. There must have been something that she told you I clearly did see her whispering something to you.”

Jimin placed the cup down, crossing his arms against his chest analysing the man's expression. The way he gulped the lump forming in his throat to the little beads of sweat deserting his forehead. Each and everything pointed out one thing: his mate wasn't something he thought of her as.

“I know she's a Vampire, now if that helps you spill out everything.” His eyes blazed with ferocity, scaring the old man. “I don't have any idea how you know what she actually is. But don't involve yourself with her.”

Jimin scoffed when he heard his words. “How can I not get myself involved with her when she's my mate, one that I rejected yet I didn't want to.” He wailed in his mind.  “Come with me” he walked upstairs, coming across a dark room. Jimin felt nauseous at the rusty smell that clouded the air in the semi-big room.

“Take this book and it shall answer all your questions

“Take this book and it shall answer all your questions.” Handing him a black book he walked out. Jimin thanked him heading back to his pack house. Eager to unravel the secrets.

Locking himself in his room, he sits on his bed opening the first page.  “Vampires and it's lost unheard legacy” the pictorial representation of a Vampire sucking off human blood made him sick to the core. But he didn't want it to obstruct the real purpose of him getting this book.

“Vampires were mainly classified in three classes

“Vampires were mainly classified in three classes. The lower class, upper class and the stench class. The stench class were the ones who consumed off on human blood. While the others went with animal one.Among these classes the royal class had embarked and witnessed a never seen before class. The royals of Evildea.”

“It's claimed they were capable of consuming human food as well as blood. Evildea, the strongest Kingdom to ever exist, always swore harmony. As much as appealing they were to the other kind. But it changed one fine day.”

“What changed their legacy?” Jimin flipped the pages of the book to see a sight which made him sad. “Introduction of werewolves in the Kingdom of Evildea created disharmony in the royals. Resulting in the royals being cursed.”

“Did our kind betray them?” Grazing his fingers on the portrait of a fine lady a sad smile appeared on his face. “I'm sorry for whatever that wolf might have done to you. But you did not deserve it.”

Unknown to his own conscience, tears started running down his face, wetting the belligerent page. He was quick enough to wipe it clean.

“Evildea was cursed. Their future generations shall bear the consequences. The finest of their daughters shall bear the body of a wolf and mind of a Vampire. To break the curse she'll have to mate with one of their kind. But not just any wolf, he must be her love.”

Jimin's breath potholed and he found it hard to breathe. “For decades there wasn't any girl child that took birth in the Kingdom. But the day she did it's predicted her brother shall shower her with abundant love. And break any boundaries to grant her wish. That is to be a full Vampire.”

Jimin started connecting pieces now. The brother they were referring to here was none other than Seokjin. He was well aware of the King of Evildea and his abhorrence towards his kind.

But never did he think he'll come face to face with the Great Kim Seokjin himself. Turning to the next page he saw a portrait of Jin smirking evilly.

“Kim Seokjin, the 21st ruler of Evildea

“Kim Seokjin, the 21st ruler of Evildea. A malicious ruthless monster to the world. Any creature that ever crossed paths with him didn't assent to speak a word against him. Never judge a person by their face. So does it imply to Jin. The first ever daughter after the curse was omitted was to be born in his reign.”

“The princess was never seen by anyone. But whenever her name was mentioned vampires have articulated to have seen a genuine smile curve up the devil's face. His only dream was to rule the Kingdom of Evildea with his sister as the queen.”

“Beauty and intelligence ran in their genes. You wouldn't even know they are the hidden jewel siblings until and unless they reveal it to you themselves. Everything carries a price so does their identity. Once they've disclosed themselves to you, all you'd be getting is pain or a better alternative death. Be careful you never know when you meet them.”

Jimin's heart was thumping strenuously in his chest. Pain? Indeed he did feel it. As for death he fancied to grant it to Y/N. But what was his fault for being a victim to the age-old curse that the cunning siblings found it fun to play with him and his feelings?

There wasn't much mentioned about the curse in the book. On the path of unveiling secrets he was meddled with more. A part of him still wanted you as his mate while the other resented your existence. Among all these questions one stood out to Jimin the most.

The mention of the princess mating with her love. His Y/N never accepted him as her love neither did she feel any bond between them. Who would've thought the Princess of Evildea was hidden all along in his pack. He watched her grow up to be a fine woman, the same quotation mentioned in the book.

The pale skin adoring her body the morning after they mated wasn't her sickness rather a part of her transforming back into her real estate. The Vampire. “How stupid can I be? She was here all along but I failed to grasp onto the evident clues of her true identity. Her brother shall surely destroy my kind.”

“My pack has tortured her alot. Much to anyone's dismay. The feeling of my heart breaking isn't even compared to her suffering. Will this be the end of our kind? I need to stop him. If the legacy is true he'll surely destroy each and every creature that dared lay a hand on his sister.”

Frantically standing up from his seat he rushed out of his room.
