“Warm blood that paints the cold blade red. A woman helplessly scream for help as a man slowly slice her up. The floor, the ceiling, the walls, everything covered in blood. Using the sharp blade, he slowly and carefully slice his victim. The sound of flesh being tear apart calms his chaotic mind. A small smile form on the man’s lips. He enjoys the scream. He enjoy seeing the twisted expression on the woman’s face as he slowly dissect her. The man love to see blood. It’s vibrant colour and it’s warmth reminds him that he’s still alive. Finally, he tore out her heart. The lump of flesh in his hand continued to beat for a short time before it finally stop as the woman took her final breath. She’s dead. The man laugh , his heart full of joy. And emptiness. The empress is now dead! He finally avenged his dead father. His dead mother. He finally avenged his beloved. Now the kingdom is in ruins. There’s no more reason for him to stay. He pointed the knife on his own heart. The man took his own life. Relief. Freedom. Ecstasy. No more hatred. No more longing. No more pain. He’s finally free..”

“I’m looking for a goddess named Dawn.” Kalmadong saad ni Aster

Bakas ang pagkabigla sa mga mata ng babae sa registration office. Isa lang syang ordinaryong empleyado ng [Divine Registration Building]. Hindi sya makapaniwala na narito ngayon sa kanyang harapan ang tanyag na Diyos ng Apoy, si Aster.

“Is she deaf, Big brother?” nagtatakang tanong ni Ainsley kay Aster dahil nakatulala lamang ang babae dito.

Nang marinig ito ay agad natauhan ang babae, “I-I’m sorry. W-what was the question?

“I’m just asking if there’s a goddess named Dawn.” Aster

Sariwa pa sa ala-ala ng babae ang imahe ng dalagang may ginintuang buhok.

“There’s a young goddess who just ascended a few days ago. Her divine name is Dawn.” Saad ng babae

“Do you know where I could find her?” Aster

“I'm not certain. But she’s still young so she’s probably at school.”

“Thank you.” Aster

He left the [Divine Registration Building] as he carry the small child in his arms.

“Are we going to Mama now?” Ainsley asked curiously

“I’m still not sure if she’s really your mother. But we will find out once we found her.” Aster

“Okay!” Ainsley said excitedly

He can’t wait to see his mother!

“We’re looking for.... Dawn!”

The Breakfast Hall suddenly went quiet.

All eyes shifted to Leona who was stuffing herself with food, unbothered.

“Aren’t they Sola and Ode?” a student uttered

“They’re the other two disciples of the god Solstice.”

“I thought they were on a mission?”

“When did they come back to school?”

“And are they trying to pick a fight with Dawn?”

Altair who knew the two, heaved a heavy sigh. ‘They’re seeking death.’ He thought
