Now that you've informed everyone and planned exactly how you're going to set it up, you tell Loki that your check-up is done. He leaves, and you go into the common room.
You use your magic to move the furniture around to be fit for a party. You then use the summoning magic Loki taught you to decorate the room.
You take your mental block down and change into a beautiful and quite comfortable dress.

After you return to the common room, you call everyone in to wait until Loki comes back.
"Darling?" You hear Loki's voice.
You run to the door to greet him.
"You look quite ravishing, my dear." Loki compliments, "What's the occasion?"
You smile, "Well, I have a surprise for you, love."
Loki raises his eyebrow, "What is it?"
"You'll see."
You take the bag and set it down. Then you bring him towards the common room, covering his eyes once you're close to the party. You lead him into the room, and you take your hands away for him to see the main Avengers.
"Hello, brother!" Thor grins widely.
Tony motions behind him, "Welcome to your party."
Loki turns to you, "You did this for me?"
"Yes. I wanted you to hav-"
Loki puts his hand behind your head, slipping his hand into your hair as he kisses you. Deeply, passionately, and overflowing with love.
"I love it, darling. Thank you, but what's this for?"
"Well, none of us know your real birthday, but I wanted to give you a birthday party so you can realize how amazing and special you are. I'm so happy you were born, and I want you to know how much you mean to me." You explain.
