Chapter 64: Black Blood vs. Overhaul

The ground crackled as I summoned a large bubble of blood towards Toga, Amasawa, and Eri as it swept them up. With my other hand I created my blood canon and blasted right through the ceiling and into the surface level, shining light down to the abyss of destruction. 

Overhaul: So you're focusing on your friends, Black Blood?

Breaking down the rubble into flying debris of bullets, they were sent towards the floating blood bubble. 

Eri: I-It's going to hit us?!

Amasawa: Don't worry, Eri-chan. He won't let anything happen. That's a promise. 

Mr. Aizawa cried in Amasawa's hands as Toga was still sleeping softly inside. 

As the rubble came, the entire bubble's exterior hardened into a dark red as they rubble broke off as soon as it made contact. 

Overhaul: You can manipulate anything related to blood to this extent. I guess you aren't just a nobody who's in way over their head. 

Continuing to hold my hand out, they reached the surface as I broke off the bubble and covered the opening on the ceiling, molding it together. 

Me: Now it's just two terrible human beings and a child, Overhaul. 

Running towards me, he scraped the 3 bodies of the bullets and started to transform into a monster. It was time to destroy the underground facility. 

Me: Sakayanagi. 

Sakayanagi: Yes?

Me: Keep on eye on the surface. Make sure that Eri and the others don't get caught up in the explosion. 

Sakayanagi: What about you?

Me: I need to help someone right here before Overhaul transforms into his full power. He's starting to grab any form of matter in the entire facility and bringing it together to form a monstrous titan. Just get it done. 

I went over to the extremely injured Deku, as I grabbed him off the ground. 

Deku: L-Let go of me!

Me: You don't owe me. Prior to me coming through, you saved my crew, at least for a moment. This will make us even. 

Going quiet, Deku looked over and saw the mass that was Overhaul, destroying the entire underground using his quirk. 

A giant arm of red flesh tried to grab me as I transformed a speck of blood from my finger into a katanna. Slashing through 3 fingers, they fell to the ground as I moved back. In an instant, the fingers reattached themselves, as Overhaul started to seethe in anger.

Overhaul: You think you can come into my organization, my team, my crime syndicate, my world, and expect to come out alive? You must be out of your mind. I will take back Eri, kill the rest of you, and expand my empire! Whatever it takes!

Holding out my other hand, I close it, releasing the blood explosions throughout the many pillars I placed them in, collapsing the infrastructure. 

Everything came crashing down as Overhaul started to charge at me, destroying the ground even more, as his form started to go into it's final stages. 

Deku: What's going on? Did you set up explosives in here?!

Me: Well, answering that right now does no good to anyone. It's time we departed from here. 

Deku: B-But what about the others?

Me: Whoever's is still in here, is mostly dead bodies. You heroes failed. But You'll live to see another day. You can't die until you're needed.
