Chapter 29: Final Exam

Ayanokouji POV

It's been a week since that eventful clash between my girlfriend and Toga, and things appear to be back to normal: Toga is still clingy to me, Momo still wants to spend all and every single second together, our relationship is still a secret, and the details surrounding my original quirk is left only to me and Toga, just as it should be. 

Final Exams were finally in full swing this week. There were some hiccups here and there such as Mina and Denki needing to study like their lives depended on it in order to pass the semester.

It was a Monday morning where I was sitting in the back of the classroom, talking to Midoriya to pass the time. In these few days leading up to today, Midoriya found out the premise of the exam which would be destroying bots similar to the entrance exam, however, I do not believe that is the case. 

As I was talking with Midoriya, I noticed that Mr. Aizawa was not here yet, signifying he wouldn't be teaching homeroom class today. His disappearance can only mean two things: he is helping with the exam or he is part of the exam. In the former's case, this meant that we would be facing teachers or real heroes, with some restrictions. 

I kept this to myself, since it wouldn't have changed anything. Momo walked up towards us as she talked with me. Midoriya wanted to bring something up but Momo completely shut him out. 

Momo: Midoriya, could you leave us alone for a bit? I have something to ask Ayanokouji, privately. 

Midoriya nodded nervously and went back to his usual group of Uraraka and Iida where Uraraka was giving me glares. 

Me: You didn't have to send him away, Momo.

Momo: But I wanted to talk to you about the final exam before we start. I can talk to my boyfriend can I?

Me: Sure, but didn't I say we should keep this a secret for now?

Momo: Don't worry about it, Ayanokouji. Talking between classmates should be fine right? 

Me: I guess your right. 

I talked to her in regards to the final exam until All Might came into the classroom as everyone was smiling and yelling at All Might's appearance here.

All Might: Good morning, UA students! It is I, All Might! Today we are beginning the two part final examination! We will be beginning the physical examination first and then the written part tomorrow! Good luck to everyone!!! 

Everyone: YEAH!

We were told to change into our hero outfits as I bid farewell to Momo and went towards Midoriya who had finished talking to Bakugo who was pissed off as usual. We went into the changing room and changed into our hero outfits as we readied ourselves.

We all came back to our homeroom where All Might explained the details of the exam we would be taking. It was not attacking bots, as expected. It was, instead, fighting teachers and putting a cuff on their hands in order to pass. Everyone was shocked to hear this as they thought they would be fighting robots. 

All Might: I will now be giving out the pairs that will be undergoing this exam. First, Katsuki Bakugo and Midoriya Izuku will be going against.... ME!!!!!

Everyone was surprised as Bakugo was looking at Midoriya with a death stare. I expected this. All Might would like to see the progression of Midoriya's power for himself. He then listed other groups such as Uraraka with Aoyama. 

All Might: Yaoyorozu Momo and Ayanokouji Kiyotaka will go against Mr. Aizawa!

 This proved to be interesting as Momo looked at me with a smile as I had already thought of a plan to effectively defeat Mr. Aizawa.
