Midoriya POV

Ahh, these 2 weeks were insane! I wrapped up my training with Gran Torino and fought Hero killer Stain!!!! I was in the hospital for a bit but I'm all better now. I haven't talked to Ayanokouji for a while, ever since the Internships began. I wonder how he's doing.

I got to school as I looked around and saw everyone there: Mineta, Bakugo, Iida, and Todoroki. No one knows about us helping in the Hero Killer Stain matter, so me, Iida and Todoroki decided to keep it to ourselves. I hope we do some physical exams. I want to try out my full cowling, after all!

I sat down and class began but I looked to my side as Uraraka and Momo looked pretty worried. I knew why as I saw near the window, Ayanokouji's seat was empty. Maybe he's late? I should call him after school if he doesn't show up. A half an hour passed and I saw Ayanokouji walk in. I waived to him as he walked in. Everyone else just looked at him, confused as to why he was so late coming to class, especially Momo and Uraraka.

Ayanokouji: Mr. Aizawa, I apologize for coming late today. I woke up tardy and missed my bus here.

Mr. Aizawa: I see. Well if it's just that, I can talk to you more about it after class. You can just take your seat.

When Ayanokouji walked by, I sensed something different about him. I then looked more closely and saw his eyes, that were once brown, were now red?!!! He also looked much more built. His muscles could be noticed even through his jacket, not like before.

Bakugo suddenly stood up and yelled.

Bakugo: Hey! What the hell happened to you, number 1 nerd?

Me: Oh, hey Bakugo. I'm fine. Nothing changed really. I just did my training at Edgeshot's agency is all.

He went to his chair as Todoroki and Tokoyami were glaring at Ayanokouji, who seemed to be perfectly fine with everything going on here. Momo seemed a bit worried and Uraraka was looking at Ayanokouji the whole time.

Mr. Aizawa explained what we were going to do today. It will be a race at an industrial site called Ground Gamma. I can finally test out the abilities of full cowling.

Ayanokouji POV

I was correct. Coming here late was not a good course of events for me. But it could not be changed. I did wake up like I always did, except this time, what kept me from leaving was Toga, who had been sleeping with me in my bed ever since the day I killed myself. I guess what I did scared her quite a bit. Had it been any other person, I don't believe they would even be somewhat sane. Although I did take into account Toga was already insane in her own little way.

However, as a result, she has become clingy to me. She's also freakishly strong as it took some time to get myself off of her and make her breakfast and everything else. By the time I left, I missed my bus and had to run to school. But, it wasn't much of a problem. On the bus going to the Ground Gamma, I was talking with my friends when Momo and Uraraka wanted to talk to me so I went with them and sat at the back of the bus.

Momo: Why were you late today, Kiyotaka? Also, your eyes look different!

Me: I slept in and missed my bus. I had to run here. As for my eyes, I decided to stop wearing my color filtered contacts I use to wear to school.

Uraraka: Liar!

I knew these two wouldn't believe anything I said, especially with what Toga did to my class image.

Me: It's the truth. I have bad eyesight and my bed wouldn't let me go.

Literally.

After some deliberation, they finally relented a bit at least.
