Chapter 8- Arrangements

Kakashi recognized the man instantly. "Kabuza momichi(?), the demon of the mist." Kakashis students looked confused, was this the next rouge ninja after tazuna?

Kakashi and zabuza were still. The air was thick with bloodlust, reminding sasuke of unpleasant memories.

Sasukes POV

It's just like the night. The air is so suffocating...

I reached my hand to my side, reaching for the kunai that's strapped to my thigh.

Not this again, not now. I can just-

My thoughts are interrupted by kakashi-sensei yelling at us.

''Sasuke! it's okay, I'll handle it. You guys protect tazuna." He told us, we all snap back out of the state we were in and form a circle around the man the looked as if he peed himself.

3rd POV

Kakashi lunges at zabuza wielding a kunai in his hand. Sparks fly as sword and kunai meet. Kakashi jumps back and thinks.

'I guess I'll have to use the sharingan..' the thought quickly passes as he lifts his hand and raises his ninja headband.

His students watch carefully at the movements of the two battling. The threes eyes widen when kakashis sharingan is shown, it spinning locking on to it's opponent.

Sasukes mind was running a hundred miles per minute. How did kakashi get the sharingan? Where did he get it? When did he get it? Did he steal it during the massacre? All the trust that the boy had formed with his sensei crumbled as the two high ranking ninjas jumped at each other.

Naruto starred in shock as he saw his sensei fighting zabuza with just a kunai while zabuza had a GIANT sword! He was also wondering how kakashi even got the sharingan. He was sure his sensei wasn't a uchiha. The blond looked over to his raven haired friend and saw the look of distrust on his face. Narutos excitement dwindled down as he realized sasuke didn't trust kakashi anymore. But the blond knew their sensei had to have a good explanation to this.

Sakuras mind was racing as she was making up a plan. She saw kakashis sharingan but she'd have to deal with that later. All that matters in the moment was getting her team to safety. And she guess she could try to help tazuna as much as possible.

"WAIT, WE ARE ON THE SAME SIDE!" Sakura yelled making everyone look at her with confusion. Zabuza was literally trying to kill them right now.

"What do you mean? Are you stupid or unstable? I'm trying to kill your teacher." Zabuza spoke up still holding kakashi back.

"Stupid? No. Unstable? Yes, but that's not the point right now." sakura said taking a few steps forward.

"Sakura, now's not the time to be sarcastic!" Kakashi yelled to his student. The pink haired girl ignored her sensei and continued her explanation.

"We know that you were hired by gato to kill tazuna to get him to stop building the bridge. But! Knowing from research in the past gato is known for killing his employees and not paying them after the job is done. Your doing this for the money correct?" it stayed silent so sakura just continued.

"We can give you the money while taking gato out. That Is! If you don't kill tazuna and help us take down gato and his men." Sakura said her arrangement, not missing a word.

Zabuza looked at the girl, she was right. He only look the job to get money for food and medical supplies. The amount gato offered wasn't much but it was enough for food and supplies for him and haku. He looked from sakura to kakashi and lowered his sword.

"ok, deal."

They were now approaching tazunas house, zabuza had introduced them to haku and then they spilt up after forming the plan. They would wait a few days, get zabuza to report in and tell gato when he would be killing the old man. Team 7, zabuza and haku would fight till gato came and then zabuza would kill gato. It would be easy.

"Now, my grandson, inari, he's... how do I put it? cautious, of shinobi or any hero like figure.." tazuna said while rubbing his head. Team 7 perked up at this, did something happen?

As they approached, a small house and dock started to appear in their vision.

When they entered there was a woman with long length, dark brown hair, working over a stove. She turned around when the door was opened and her face brightened when she saw he father.

"Dad! Your back!" she said and flung her arms around the man. He reacted doing the same and smiled at his beautiful daughter.

"Tsunami, how have things been?" Tazuna asked as the hug broke.

"oh! Things have been fine, few of your workers have came and asked where you went, but everything has been good." she replied, giving a polite smile. She turned her head at the four shinobis who where awkwardly standing by the door, waiting to be let in.

"Oh! Sorry, sorry! Come in, please!" she said with an embarrassed smile.

Once everyone was settled in they begun introductions.

"Tsunami, this is team 7, the group of shinobis that brought me home safely. And team 7, this is my daughter, Tsunami." Tazuna said, all of them sitting around the table

Kakashi cleared his throat and began to talk. "I'm Kakashi Hatake, and these are my students Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, and Sasuke Uchiha." He said while pointing to his genin.

"Wonderful meeting you," tsunami said with a smile, "and thank you for taking care of my father." She said gratefully.
Just then the door opened and in walked a little boy.

"Mom! I'm home!"
